Review: I bought a 20 foot Zelcova tree from this company in October 2012. I paid to have it installed which included a one year guarantee. They installed it two days before hurricane Sandy hit the area. I phoned them before they installed it to ask if it would be okay. They said yes. Of course, after the hurricane the tree was partially lifted out of the ground. We called the nursery who sent out someone to straighten the tree. The following spring (2013) the tree never bloomed because it was dead. We called the nursery who came out and replaced the tree with a tree only about 12 feet tall. I was unhappy with the smaller tree but was told that at least it's not dead. The tree was fine all the rest of the year.

This spring, the tree bloomed half way. Half of the tree is dead. One of the main branches on one side of the tree died and broke off and a second large branch is sagging greatly. About three or four other large branches are dead. It looks terrible.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a new large (at least 15 foot) full Zelcova fully installed or my money back ($500).
