our policy, which does not include the return of plants that were planted and returned healthyCalifornia state law requires we discard plants that come back to us that have been planted, therefore, we absorb the cost of the plants. If you would like, you may review our Plant Guarantee. We are caring for your palms in a quarantined area for you to take back, or, we are happy to provide a full refund, or we can replace them, one time, with the understanding that the replacements cannot be returned for a credit or a refund. Good afternoon,You submitted a dispute to [redacted]or the charge of $186.28. [redacted] refunded that amount to your account. On May 10, [redacted] requested that we provide supporting documentation of the charges. [redacted] then reversed the refund on June 3.Green Acres Nursery & Supply did not charge your card, as we do not keep card numbers on file. [redacted] generated that charge. Will you please contact [redacted] at our support office, [redacted], to coordinate your refund? Thank you,[redacted]Green Acres Nursery & Supply
