Review: On Sept.4,2014 I signed a contract with Green Acres Tree and Landscaping located at [redacted] in Rappahannock County, Va. to have 4 trees removed from my property and to have the stumps grinded out. The main contact person is [redacted]. They requested payment in 3 parts of which they immediately cash. Upon completion of cutting the trees down they advised me they would be back to grind out the stumps. I still owe them some money, but they have not been back to grind the stumps out as of 9/29/2014. They also damaged my gutters and have not paid me back for the damage done. The company does not return 5 days of phone call messages and they do not respond back to 3 days of e mails. They also did the same thing with 2 of my neighbors. We have them in excess of $11,000.00 In addition, they promised to take out trees for other neighbors and to grind out their stumps. None of which has been done. The neighbors cannot get them to return phone calls either. Their business card does not contain an address on where the business is located at. In addition they indicated on the business card they are Licensed and Insured, however, they are not licensed in Henrico County Va. Per Henrico County they are not licensed to conduct business in the county.Desired Settlement: I would be willing to accept $600.00 back in certified funds or money order but will not accept any checks. $400 to hire another company to take out the 4 tree stumps and $200.00 to replace the damaged gutter. No other settlement will be accepted.

Review: This company was to provide service buy cutting down a tree & grinding the stump and to thin another tree. The did do the tree work but never returned to grind the stump. This company has been contacted numerous times and will not answer calls if they know the number you are calling from. I was able to speak with the owner multiple times from different numbers with promise to come complete the work but has never shown up to grind the stump and complete the job. He was paid in full.Desired Settlement: I would like either the work to be completed or money funded as he did not complete the work he was contracted to do.
