Mr. [redacted] contacted our office regarding the issue he was having with the dryer at the beginning of April. We offered to come out and fix it for him, of course, as we would for any customer. He expressed that he wanted Joseph, myself, to come by and fix it. This is not an issue,...

however I was out of state at the time. I told him I would be out for about two weeks but would gladly come and fix it as soon as I was back in New Jersey. He agreed to having me come by then. I came back two weeks later and called him to schedule an appointment and came out to fix the issue for him. Ultimately, I fixed his issue with the dryer and he was so satisfied that he said he would see me in October for maintenance.
