We have been loyal Green Air customers for almost 10 years and I can't sing their praises enough. I recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors. We initially called them when we first bought our house to service the existing HVAC unit. Since then, they have installed a new unit, updated the duct work in our house, and dealt with a number of service issues we have had. They have been professional, prompt, courteous, attentive, and trustworthy in all of our interactions, from scheduling appointments with Felicia, making payment arrangements with Jessica, and servicing our system (in fact, the service guys have often arrived early - which is a rarity in this business!). Not only do they provide great service and do extraordinary work, they are also environmentally friendly and take an interest in the community helping those less fortunate. This is an all around great company and I highly recommend them.

We have been a loyal Green Air customer for the past nine years! Joey and Bryan are usually the technicians that service our home and they are always punctual with the quality of their work being top notch. What spurred me to write this review was how impressed my husband and I were with their sales and estimating team. We are getting ready to build a new house and ultimately decided on a geothermal system because of the effectiveness and long term cost savings such a system provides. However in making our final decision we had a slew of questions on the ends and outs and benefits/disadvantages and Matt L** was always willing and able to knowledgeably answer those questions. What we liked most was that we never felt pressured into choosing the more expensive route of geothermal, but that Green Air genuinely wanted us to have the tools and understanding to make the best decision for our budget whatever the end outcome may be. Green Air is superior in understanding their customer's needs and I would recommend them to anyone!

I was very pleased with the level of service and professionalism we received from Green Air. Joey even offered to come out on a Saturday morning to address an issue at our place of business. He was really quick, efficient and explained everything to me so I could understand what he was doing.

Green Air installed the system in my house for a previous owner, and I have been using them since we moved in two years ago. Have yet to have a bad experience with them.
The office staff remembers me when I call in, and the scheduling is always prompt. My AC went out last summer and the part I needed was back ordered. Being that we have an elderly family member living here, the owner brought over a window unit and installed it so we could keep her cool until the part was in; at no charge I might add- what other company does that?
They show up on time, the techs are clean & personable, everything is communicated & explained clearly before any work is done....and if you have any issue at all, the owner follows up directly to be sure you're happy. They don't pay their techs commission either- so I can trust that they're not trying to sell me anything I don't need. I've recommended Green Air over and over, they're just that good.

Green Air, Inc installed a mini-split system for a detached structure on our property. Their prices were competitive and their entire crew was professional and efficient. The job was done quickly and professionally. They are a first class organization.

Green air scores highest for me with customer service and integrity. They truly listened to me when I had an urgent call and responded within minutes, that means everything in today's business world. I would have been impressed with a 2-3 response time with an emergent call. Once they arrived the work was quick and accurate. They took time at the end to make sure I was aware and understood my new service. Thanks green air!

I used this co. They came out twice but issue was not resolved. Unit was not cooling down the house. They said I had insufficent air return and nothing they could do. They were going to charge me again. The visits were within 3 weeks of each other. So a year later different co., compressor was shot and they discovered a leak.
