Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:as the 3rd party (grandfather)the only reason I got involved because there was no response after the initial call form the car wash ownerin the initial response from the car wash we were told the video would be reviewed and we would he would call us backwe never heard from him again.if it is agreeable we can schedule an appointment to meet at the Chev dealer in Midland Regards, [redacted] ***

Concerning issue on 8-12- Mr [redacted] left a message on voicemail at [redacted] and CleanHe was upset because he said that his granddaughters Hummer was damaged at our car washI called him back and spoke to Mr***He was explaining to me what happened, and I asked him if he was with his daughter when the alleged damage occurredHe said he wasn't, so I asked to speak to his granddaughterI spoke with her, and asked her what happenedShe said that after the car was washed, she was driving out and the driers were on, but she wasn' t really sure what happened because she was texting as she was driving out and she heard a bangI asked her if anything physically touched her carShe said noI explained to her that the car wash is a touch less car wash and it isn't supposed to touch her car, and she said it didn'tShe wasn't sure what happened but said a piece of trim blew off and hit her windowI asked her if this trim piece came with the vehicle when she bought itShe said no, it was something they had put on the vehicle after it was boughtI told her we weren't responsible for after market accessories improperly installed on a vehicle, but if she wanted to bring her vehicle by I would be happy to take a look at itI also told her that the driers are set to blow at MPH, and that shouldn't have blown off anything if it was properly installed on the vehicleShe said she would think about it, and let me know if she was going to bring it byShe did not call, nor bring the vehicle by so we could look at itWhen I called I left her with my cell phone numberTo date she hasn't called me or asked for me to look at the vehicle [redacted]

My name is *** *** I am the owner of Washworld of central TexasWe are the Distributor of the Washing equipment that *** *** owner of *** and clean car wash uses at his wash locations*** contacted me for help to resolve this issueI am contacting you for your guidanceI beleive the complaint was filed by a third party being the Grandfather of the vehicle owner, The vehicle owner has not responded to or contacted the site owner*** gave his cell phone number to the vehicle owner but she has not contacted him, We do not want a complaint about the wash posted on your web sitePlease advise us on how to resolve an issue with a third party complaint*** asked the vehicle owner to bring the car by so he could look at it and asked her if the part that came off was factory or aftermarket she stated it was an aftermarket accessoryWe would like to know if the part was professionally installed, If it was this may an issue that the installer needs to addressWe wash thousands of cars every day without any issues and should not be held liable for an after market accessory that was not properly installed Thank you in advance for your help. -- *** *** *** ** *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:My granddaughter attempted to make contact with Green and Clean Car Wash in Midland but no one returned he call. that is when I called the car wash. when the call was returned we were told they would review the video and get back with us. we never heard another word from the car wash.  the trim that was blown off the car by the wind turbines was original equipment not an after market add on. there are actual holes in the hood of the vehicle where the trim attaches to the car. Wind from the dryer turbines broke the connectors that held the trim onto the hood of the vehicle and the piece then flew into the windshield of the vehicle.Damage to the vehicle is a direct result of excess wind from the drier turbines. We would like the car repaired and a refund for the car wash.my granddaughter does not recall any questions pertaining to the trim being purchased as an additional after market item. No one from the car wash has attempted to call us since we originally talked to them over a month ago.
