I initially thought this would be a great and seamless experience when I hired Mikes Movers back in April. However when the two guys FAILED to Saran Wrap my items as promised I had an item damaged. After a ton of back and forth on the day of my move and then in the WEEKS following, I am still here without being compensated. I was promised and told I'd be paid for my claim but that NEVER happened until they eventually just stopped responding to me. UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE.
