What Green Apple Organic fails to mention is that the only reason I was on the phone for such a duration of time is because their staff worker repeatedly disconnected the line, keeping me from speaking with my bank to confirm the declined transaction.It was when I asked him to stop disconnecting the line that he began shouting at me. There were several witnesses.Not only were his actions beyond disrespectful, they were interpreted as unjust.  It was the police who suggested I file a complaint after I explained the situation to 311 who transferred the call to dispatchers.I returned to purchase the goods with the 2 police officers just down the street of the establishment in case I experienced the same trouble.   The officers advised it would be best to report the altercation with the Revdex.com in case this is a pattern for the way they conduct business. I am completely justified in my complaint and hope that Green Apple Organic's staffers learn that people have rights, and actions that attempt to inhibit those rights have consequences.I will not be shopping with Green Apple Organic again.
