Problems with the sand & grout between pavers along with drainage were discovered within day of job completion. Repeated calls go unanswered 30+ days.Upon completion of multiple hardscape patio's we notice the grout between the pavers washed away within days. Further Green Art had re-graded our back yard during their cleanup and the yard is now holding water. The ponding has made it unsafe to use the new patio. One call was answered by [redacted] owner of Green Art where he was made aware of the issues and an appointment was made for him to inspect and fix the problems. [redacted] never showed for the appointment and all further calls go unanswered, all messages go un returned.Desired SettlementWe would like the sand and grout repaired as well as the drainage problems corrected. If not we would like a refund as Green Art's warranty does not seem to be valid and they don't honor their work.
