Green Attics

Mr [redacted] has indicated that we (Green Attics) didn't finish our job As stated on the contract, we agreed to install (20) sheets of decking in Mr [redacted] ' attic He wanted to have more decking installed in the attic beyond the agreed contract, but did not want to pay for the additional labor to have it installed We also installed an additional (2) sheets at no extra charge for labor only because the total to be spent on materials was a bit less since we didn't have to use as many 2xpieces of lumber I submitted an additional second contract at a lower labor price per sheet to install his additional decking to which he declined He also indicated that we should have worked 2-days My install crew usually consists of only (2) men but I hired 3rd worker for the job so that it would be completed in only days so that we can move on to other jobs Our contract states each line item separately and doesn't mention time spent on the job Only cost of materials, Quantity of materials, and labor chargeThis contract in question has been fulfilled and Green Attics will not be re-negotiating any part of the contract, nor will we continue any subsequent work for Mr [redacted]
