Green Bay Animal Emergency Center

I called before leaving my house & asked if there was a slow time to come in. She gave me an "apt." for 2:00. I waited 2 hrs., understanding that there was probably a more important emergency. The staff & vet tech were very pleasant. (Dr. Brock was a bit pompous). My complaint is that I was told blood test would take at least a week. It'll be 2 weeks tomorrow. I've called twice & haven't received a call-back yet. Next time, I'll drive 30 miles more & go to Appleton.
