Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and my funds were refunded. I did not get the screenshots that the parts manager said he included with his response. The part did not say "call the number", it was available when I made the purchase, which is why I made the complaint in the first place. I printed out a hardcopy of my receipt and no where on it did the words "while supplies last" or anything of that sort. My money was deducted from my credit card at the ***e of purchase. A better way to conduct business would be to charge the card when the order is fulfilled. I will say the manager was very polite and tried very hard to solve this matter. He seems to be a good businessman. I've never had this type of thing happen to me before, but maybe it is commonplace. No harm no foul. Too bad I could not get my order filledRegards, *** ***

Thank you for reaching out to us. I just got your letter you sent so I wanted to get back to you. My name is [redacted] and I am the Parts Manager at Team Motorsports.[redacted] placed an order on our website. He was looking to get an item from our “Go to go items” tab. These items are listed at...

got to go prices but only while supplies last. Our website provider that we use can only update inventory each morning. That is why on the bottom of that page we have marked these “prices are only valid while supplies last” As back up our web provider can also put memo notes stating “call ###-###-####” when inventory is low or nearing out of stock. When we have plenty of stock it will state “in stock”.I had our web provider screen shot our site at the [redacted]e of the purchase. So you can clearly see these memos in the ordering screen. So when [redacted] states it wasn’t there that is false. Also when he states it was in stock that is false as well. When it doesn’t state in stock that means it’s not in our store and we have to check stock to see if we can still get it or it means it no longer available do to it being a closeout with the last one already sold.. We have customers from all over that try to purchase items that have been discontinued from our site. When they submit the order we then check availability and get back to the customer if the order can be filled. When the order can’t be filled we get back to the customer to let them know we can look in to a different option or refund their money. We never had an issue for the 13 year we have been at this location.  As I am aware this is how it is done at any store. It’s not a “live” store like amazon or eBay where the inventory updates each minute. This would be no different from the customer coming in the store looking to get a sale priced item that we have no more left. Once the sale item is gone, it’s gone.. In [redacted]’s case the last one was sold and we couldn’t fill his order. We always go to make sure we take care of every customer in any attempt we can make. We offered [redacted] his money back or to work him a deal out on something else to help him out. He never returned my email so I just refunded his money. We don’t hold money from our customers. It’s not like we said nope sorry you’re out of luck. We wanted to still help him out in some other way.I attached the screen shots and the notes at the bottom of the page at the [redacted]e of the order.  One bumper is the one he tried ordering and the other one is a different bumper we currently have in stock. Please let me know if you have any questions and when you get this email. You can email or call me at ###-###-####. Some[redacted]es talking is easier that writing.Thank you![redacted]

Monday we walked into Team Motorsports and Friday the wife excitedly drove home with her near new Honda Shadow Aero 750.

Let me explain; I wanted my wife, whom has been driving her Virago 250 for the last two years to see what kind of bikes were out there and they had a large inventory to show her. When we walked into their shop for the first time they did what most others failed to do and that was to talk to her like she was a buyer, not a girl. Red and the team treated her with the respect any person walking into a dealership should get and not base it on gender as we have dealt with our local shops in the past. With great patience and attention to detail they showed her all kinds of bikes and to my surprise they found one that day that was exactly what she wanted/needed. After a test drive she was sold and on Friday so was the bike :) As for price, it was solid, below book plus came with all the accessories she wanted in her next bike. We also traded in her Virago, if I had any complaint at all it would be the amount they offered for it, but I guess they got to make a buck as well. But in the end my wife got the bike and service she deserved and we even walked out with a great deal on a new helmet and riding glasses. I may even just get my next bike there as well.

A very big thank you to Red and the rest of the friendly and knowledgeable team.

Review: On Monday 1/25/16, I found an item (brush guard for Honda Rincon)on sale on TeamMotorsports website on sale for $99.99 (reg $254). There were two models, one of which (08P53-HN8-100) fit my particular ATV. Both items were in stock and I added the item to my cart and paid via PayPal. Later that day, I went back to look at the brush guard on their website and the price changed from $99.99 back to $254 with "call for details" under the new price. That evening, one of their associates contacted me via e-mail to tell me the item was not in stock and they were sold out. We had an e-mail exchange and he told me I would not get the item at that cost as they ran out of the discounted merchandise.Desired Settlement: The business has offered a refund.....but they MUST refund me if they cannot fulfill the order. They are in a "no lose" situation when they can offer a GREAT price and not actually fulfill the orders. I want the company to make good on the order. The business should not take orders and MONEY from customers on the website if they can't fulfill the order.
