This has been our policy for more than a decade. Thousands of other customers have had very few issues with this.> "I been a customer for about 16 years about."Again, our contracts are very simple and have gone basically unchanged in that 16 year period.> "Now I hear they are out of business."That's a weird thing to hear.> "But I did recive a E-mail for payment from someone for $8.50 late fee .47 tax $28.46 prev. balance posted 11/26/2015, Total $37.43 due now. dated 11/22/15 This account should have been closed before!!!!"This email would have come from the same address that can be REPLIED to in order to make verifiable changes/cancellations, etc. So, rather than hitting reply, this customer seems to be making things more difficult for everyone.Thanks Revdex.com for helping in this matter. No response by Phone or E-mail sent back cant deliver.. I been a customer for about 16 years about. Now I hear they are out of bussiness. But I did recive a E-mail for payment from someone for $8.50 late fee .47 tax $28.46 prev. balance posted 11/26/2015, Total $37.43 due now. dated 11/22/15 This account should have been closed before!!!!Desired Settlement: To close account and service for me with $.00 amount owed by me.

I even stayed with them having no service for days all the time. They responded we have have trouble will that trunk line. Saying you can move up to a different service it will cost more, no compensation for my lost service over the years. The last time I call about no service, she said I wasn't the only one complaining. Remember my service was dial up with them so slow it would stop loading a page before done and say can't find server greenbaynet. My banking couldn't be done on line anymore because of their service. I sent E-MAIL to them that were returned back to me to stop service or asking when contract was up. Their records very seldom match mine a lot of the time I have to send another contract they couldn't find the first one I sent them.. Now they bill me, for them not responding to my calls or e-mail is this a way to get more money out of a person? All I want is to close service and be even with them owing $0,00I would say after 16 years of helping them pay their bills they would close this account and be happy to do so.
