First of all I want to say that I ordered my tickets on a Saturday afternoon and received them on Wednesday. No problems with the the tickets.
I think the communication from the vendor needs vast improvement. I did not receive any payment confirmation or shipping confirmation. Spending over $700 this concerned me so I tried calling the vendor on Monday and Tuesday many times only to get transferred to automatic voice mail each time. I left messages but never received a call back.
I also emailed twice, again no response.
Again I want to make the point that I had no problems with the tickets.
