I’ve ordered from Green Bean Buddy 3 times (This current order being the 3rd) & every time there has been a problem with getting my order within a reasonable window of time. It ALWAYS takes at a minimum of 3 weeks to get! When you call & select prompt #2 for “Order Status”, a recording of a man EVEN SAYS “Orders take about 5 to 10 business days to arrive to your door”. NEVER have any of my orders arrived in 10 business days. This current order I ordered 2&1/2 weeks ago and THEY still don’t have their inventory yet from their supplier? So this shows me that this is a constant problem. I called & was polite but firm when I told the Rep that I am being very fair in asking for 1/2 of my order to be refunded. I’ve been extremely patient and understanding and now it’s 2&1/2 weeks later and I am just now called in regards to my order. All they are willing to do is kick me a Sample, Oh, and they won’t ship it now, they will hold it until they ship my order!
When I wasn’t happy with that, they offered me a Coupon Code for a future order for 10% Off & I told them I can get that myself just by going on the website. What a slap in the face, to a returning customer at that!
I’ve also felt with Joanna in the “Returns/Refunds” dept on my previous order and she was also unwilling to take care of a customer (me) who’s order was still not received from being lost by USPS for 10 days, AFTER, it did not even ship for over a week from the purchase date. My order finally arrived WEEKS after purchase.
The product itself works when directly sprayed on the bugs. I’m not seeing anything to confirm a “Residual” affect. I have personally sprayed a spot on my bed and then 3 hours later, actually watched a bed bed walk right across it and onto my pajamas and it was still going strong. I had to get the wretched bug myself and go flush it.

It’s too much of a hassle to interact with these ppl and this company. They clearly do not “really” care about their customers. They clearly do not know how to run a company nor how to treat their customers. I say only order from them as long as you can wait a month to receive it AND you do not need something that actually has a Residual affect.

They took my money and I never recieved my product!

I order this product on or around about February 23. I waited patiently for the on product to arrive. It never did. Meanwhile I attempt to call the numbers listed for customer service and or support. Each time I would hold the line for about 5-10 minutes and would eventually be transferred to voicemail to leave a message. Which I did each time. I have not gotten a phone call yet. I also sent an email not once but twice the first response was an apology due to having mass orders or something and the second response was again apologizing for the delay and said it was shipped and should be here within the allotted time. That time passed and I decided today to live chat, only to be told that they think it shipped out today and in order for me to get a refund I would have to get the product and send it back to them, only then would I receive my refund. This is VERY confusing 🤔 being that I never received it in the first place and that's why I'm asking for the refund.🤨

I have had an experience by using this product! I used it as directed. Do this and it will work! When all else fails, follow the instructions.

I ordered this product and never received it. They stated it was a delay. So I just asked them to return my payment back to my card. There has been no response. I just got tired of waiting for product and did not receive email updates for tracking. I did not order and sign on I ordered as a guest, but still I want my refund.

well I buy this an it will not work on the bed bugs as they state it says it will kill roachs an misc bugs well I tryed it an nothing happen to kill them well I got in there chat an talk to a joahna an ask her to refund the money and she did nothing but made junk statements I payed with my paypal card
it cost me the 1st one was $23.00 an the 2rd was $33.99 an the sample bottle was free I am a handy cap man on a very low income an I just can not waste this money on things that dont work well she took me out of the chat room I still have a lot of bed bugs an roaches I use it as it said to do
