Had device installed with great claims and no way to positively verify any savings and absolutely no follow up after installation

Review: Sold me what was supposed to be a valve which when installed would reduce water consumption by 20-40 % by taking out the air in the water before it passed through the water meter.Paid $3,675 for valve which after I received it looked like a $10-15 PVC gadget.Had valve Installed by licensed plumber as per instructions which Green Beans Solutions Tech gave my plumber when they met at job site in Lauderdale Lakes Florida.Since we had been taking daily reads of the meter for the last 1 1/2 year we knew exactly what the normal daily consumption was. I supplied Green Beans with spreadsheet showing daily reads.They requested that I provide them consumption records going back one year. I informed them that consumption records from one year ago were essentially worthless since we had institued savings measures and reads over the last year showed already significant reductions going back up to 6 months before valve was installed and therefore it would not be appropriate to use consumption figures of one year ago. I asked them to compare current reads with records from last 2 months. After more than 2 weeks of installation there's absolutely no difference and certainly no 20-40 % savings.They have refused to honor their guarantee money back.Desired Settlement: Have them remove valve and refund monies as guaranteed in their website and contract.

The device sold is as portrayed one our website, head customer exercises due diligence, he would have no complaint as to the appearance or performance of the said device.

Exhibit A, an e-mail from [redacted]'s own on site manager about the handyman's installation of the H2 Water Saver Valve, this e-mail raises our concerns that [redacted]'s location representative [redacted] related to, the handyman work and how the device was installed, Our concern is [redacted]'s organization undermined and underpaid the handy man in a way that compromise the proper installation, and shortcuts were taken against our installation instructions; Exhibit B, which required from a on-site inspection when we flew a technician to Florida, and suggested digging to the underground water meter on the property side entrance to install our device.

Simply put, this is no advertising issue related to the H2 Water Saver that was delivered and installed by the client Improperly.

This client; ID [redacted] has not been part of the solution to deliver a minimum of 15% savings in water consumption billing at; [redacted], as stated in our contract, see Exhibit "C". which he failed to sign, we also requested a licensed plumber to do the installation. We send out technicians to Fort Lauder dale to examine his license and the installation location, which license was not produce. We forwarded instructions, see Exhibit "D" but the assembly that the plumber arranged create more air in the water line. Please look at exhibit; "E", the H2 water valve needs to be install in a straight line not as shown. We suggested it be installed right after the water meter,. See supplied installation instructions; Exhibit B. Please see the arrangement they created that defeated the purpose of the H2 water saver valve, Exhibit; D.

The client did not do any due diligence as to the appearance of the product, how it looks and the way the device operates which is also distributed Nationwide by other companies as listed below;

Our H2 Water Saver valve is custom made for each location. We informed the handyman for their location; [redacted] that it/our; "H2 Water Water Valve" must be installed in a straight line with the water meter on the property side, as the animated video illustrates; [redacted]

Please see exhibit "D" for what the complainant; [redacted] did!

Their on-site managers sent pictures of the finished installation, which she stated that the job was install suspiciously, see e-mail sent from her office, exhibit; “D1” and Exhibit A,

The reason we ask for one year of water bills is to monitor and make sure that client is receiving the savings, compared to last year quarterly consumption, and If tenant occupancy is the same. Client refused to comply with contract sent to him. His spreadsheet that he supplied us does not relate to previous consumption during that, quarter last year, we do not know what he's comparing his water use against.

He states that he was saving already but obviously he chose to install our device. He has chosen to criticizes before results are in. This valve was installed 12/*/2013 approximately, because the plumber/handyman in their organization has failed to provide installation date. Client needs to have a license plumber reinstall the H2 Water Saver Valve next to the water meter on the property side in a straight line, See Exhibit how valve operates; [redacted]

Please take into consideration our client references; [redacted]

Unfortunately client apparently interferes with and undermines the ability for vendors and service providers like the plumber to do a job properly,. Again we reiterate the the H2 Water Saver Valve installation should have be installed next to the water meter and in a straight line to it,

Good evening,

It was brought to my attention that the pipe fixture ( check valve device) I installed a few days ago was done "[redacted]". [redacted], [redacted] called me with her concern, I informed her that what she is seeing was grease and dirt from the vice grip.

I thought that was it, now I just got a call from someone else-telling me what is been said about the job.

[redacted], I know what I'm doing- I know my rates are reasonable, It's not fair to me I have to use my money to buy parts to have a job done, then wait 2 weeks to be paid; however, this pay period fell in a major holiday. Instead of me getting paid the day before the holiday(like most people did) I had to wait the following week! I was inconvenient, that was not satisfactory for me and my family, now I get these calls.

This e-mail is just to give you my side-of the story . [redacted].

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

NES is being untruthful.

1. NES first claimed improper installation only after I filed complaint. Please have NES furnish email with first date stating Valve was improperly installed.

2. Bills were forwarded to NES on Dec. [redacted].

Per your request please see attached water bills for your review.

It's clear this valve is not doing what it was promised it would do and now they are resorting tom lies, technicalities and deception to get out of the money back guarantee.
