young lady at the reception desk and walked out and got into a car with someoneHer deposit was refunded to the credit card she usedShe never brought the second set of keys to our dealership according to the salesman and his managerMost people don't keep a second set of keys on them or in their carThey normally keep them at home or with a spouseShe called me about the keys and I told her that I would talk to my employees........all said she never brought the second set of keysUnfortunately she is not telling the truth about the keysSo we are not responsibleShe also lied to me about a supposed out going phone call from the lender that did not happenI verified it myself with the companyShe did not buy her car here nor do service work here so we have no way of making keys for her carThey should be programmed by by her local dealer in ***, PaAs she put in her complaint that she does not want to put one foot in our dealership we agree with her and demand she not ever returnWe will not give her a free set of keys and remote that must be programmed by a service tech

Review: On 12/9/14, my 2008 [redacted] Lucerne CXS V8 was towed to this dealership by my [redacted] service. I had originally agreed to lease a 2015 [redacted] LaCrosse and returned the vehicle and requested my vehicle back from their service department. Since I was originally going to trade in this vehicle, I gave my duplicate set to the sales person, [redacted]. On 12/16/14, I asked to went to the service area where my car was still sitting and asked for my keys. The service cashier informed me that [redacted] had the set from service and that he wanted me to come to him to get it. He would not return my keys so I filed a complaint. [redacted] was in possession of BOTH sets of keys and fobs for this vehicle.

After multiple attempts,on 12/26/14, I was given permission by [redacted], owner of Green Brook Buick, to have my auto towed from his premises since they did not perform any repair service on the vehicle. I informed him that I would have the auto towed by 12/29/14 and if he would ensure that BOTH sets of keys and fobs were given to the tow truck driver. On 12/29/14, the tow driver called and said that the gentlemen from sales had given him ONE set of keys and fob. I immediately e-mailed Mr. [redacted] and also spoke to him on the phone regarding this matter on 12/29/14. He apologized and assured me that he would ensure that he would get to the bottom of the situation and would call me back. I have not heard from him since and do not appreciate their playing games because I did not want to purchase anything or have them repair anything for me.Desired Settlement: Since this dealership received two sets of keys and only returned one. I would like for them to pay for the replacement of my 2008 [redacted] Lucerne CXS key fob with remote start and also the key with the special chip for this auto also. This would roughly be @$200. And I want the item mailed to my home, with a confirmed delivery notice because I do not want to set one foot in that dealership again!

She never brought the second set of keys to our dealership according to the salesman and his manager. Most people don't keep a second set of keys on them or in their car. As she put in her complaint that she does not want to put one foot in our dealership we agree with her and demand she not ever return. We will not give her a free set of keys and remote that must be programmed by a service tech.
