I received multiple phones calls in the last two days from this dealership advertising that the dealership is buying cars at above market value. This is a recorded voice message. The number provided in the message and on caller ID was (XXX) XXX-XXXX. When calling back this number, a recording of a receptionist is played. The recording gives a greeting and then says "what?" like she can't hear you. The call is then transferred to an answering machine with another voice recording similar to the original call. The messages asks the customer to leave a message. This callback was tested multiple times. I then called the dealership's actual number, spoke to the sales department, and asked to be taken off any call lists. Complaints also filed with the FCC and FTC.

"Hi, this is Mike Roberts again with family Buick. I gave you a call yesterday and I apologize if you've already called me back because I've made so many calls over the last couple days I've kind of lost track. As I said yesterday we have buyers lined up right now for a list of very specific vehicles and I think you're driving one of them. I will gladly overpay for it. I've spoken with my manager and he's already approved me to pay you over market value so that we can get our deals done. If you are interested please give me a call back as soon as possible. Again, my name is Mike and my phone number is area code XXX XXX XXXX".
Not only is this sales practice annoying (with every message, I received 2-3 missed calls without a message), it is dishonest. My number is on the do not call list and I have done business with this company in the past 3 months.
