I reached out to Mr*** via email to arrange a time to come to his home to view the issues he stated in the complaintHe asked to arrange a phone call and we agreed on a time and that Mr*** would call meI did not receive a call from him during the time specified so I called and left a message asking him to call or email me backI received no responseI reached out again to Mr*** via email and have yet to hear backI am still trying to arrange something with Mr*** in order to resolve this issue
I have sent an email to the homeowner to request a time to come look at the issues. I hope to review the issues mentioned and come to a resolution.
