Concern:
The customer service manager investigated the claim and responded with the following:
"He was offered a full refund for the return of the rod he receivedWe have no clear information on what he receivedHe still has not returned the rod and/or worked with usHe stated in the original email that he would return for a full refund, however now he wants to keep according to Revdex.com complaintHe started off saying he was going to the Revdex.comNot ever willing to work together for satisfaction
Order was placed 5/with an estimated ship date between 5/23-5/and an estimated deliver date between 5/29-6/Order states shipped in Amazon on 5/but no tracking proves movement until 6/10. *** states this was actually shipped 6/as well. Item delivered 6/14. The customer did order of these items and both state shipped with the same trackingThe weight for item on BR is lbs, the weight on the FedEx label is lbs so we can't really verify that we did send items."
Please let us know if we need to attach the email correspondence with the buyer

There is NOT a resolution in place for this customer per the manager of the department.  Below is her recording of communication:
10pt;">1) Order confirmed on Aug 28th, 2014 but did not ship. 
2) Other orders that shipped and arrived presented a listing issue (buyers received a single pack).
3) The warehouse ceased shipping; unable to satisfy full quantity at price listed.
A) Sept. 4th, 2014 at 10:23am Green Canyon Outfitters (GCO) provided information about buyer's order and seller's decision to refund. Buyer expressed disappointment and threatened GCO with bad reviews through a few emails.
B) GCO Customer Service Manager gave time and emailed on Sunday, Sept. 14, 2014 at 12:34pm for positive resolution. No response from buyer.
Please let us know if there is any additional information that may be needed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. 
After further contacting the company they finally issued me a refund for the item that was never delivered. This is the reason why I haven't sent back the other item. Now that the refund has finally gone through I will send back the item and consider this matter resolved. However, I still think this company has a terrible way of doing business and I love how they claim everything was shipped but then state they don't know if everything was shipped or not. There was no packing slip or anything of the sort. And on top of that they claim to have shipped everything more than a week before it ever shipped. I believe my issue is legitimate and they deserve to have a red mark for this terrible experience I've been through. They are poorly run and had I not reached out to them they would have just stolen my money instead of just wasting my time.
If I had more time to invest in this I would not consider this resolved based of the previous statements. I will say I should have contacted them sooner but I also feel they have the responsibility to notify me of shipping issues and to not lie about actual shipping dates. Checking my amazon account will show they claim to have shipped an item that wasn't shipped for quite some time. Shady business if you ask me.

3) The warehouse ceased shipping; unable to satisfy full quantity at price listed.
A) Sept. 4th, 2014 at 1:19pm Green Canyon Outfitters (GCO) provided information about buyer's order. Explained delay in response from when Amazon confirmed as shipped and when item was to actually ship (processing time).
B) [redacted] spoke with Amazon representative about order and was told something different about shipping process increasing dissatisfaction with purchase.
C) [redacted] called Sept. 4th, and the solution was to send her product. She declined.
D) GCO Customer Service Manager emailed her on Sunday, Sept. 14, 2014 at 1:25pm. [redacted] confirmed email was best method to communicate. GCO attempted to answer all questions, explain processes and find solution. 
E) After exchanging six (6) emails, [redacted] called and is working with us on a better resolution.  This will include, but is not limited to, sending product for her service dogs and notifying her when correct listings are back on our storefront.
