This customer has been our customer for the past seasonShe called on Dec 12th to have her leaves removed as part of the service we offeredShe then called on December 15th to sign up for our snow removal servicesI assume up until this point she is satisfied with our servicesWe did the leaf removal December 16th, she called twice within the hour after the leaf removal, after talking with the men who were doing the clean upWithouy calling the customer back I sent the crew back to satisfy the complaintSince I heard no more of the issue I assumed it was taken care of properly.January 5th I recieved a call from the customers daughter which I returned promptlyAfter a lenghthy discussion I told her I would thouroughly look into the situationJanuary 6th is snowed and havent had the conditions to look at the property since it has been below freezing wind chill with snow on the groundNow the first available couple days I recieve this complaint on January I called the customer back and found out she did know the men came back the same day, but didnt think that was a good ideaSo my resolution to her is that I will delete the charge, but we will not resume the relationshipI feel like this was an issue in progress, and that I was willing to resolve the issue, and am not sure why this medium was used in this mannerAnother fact I would like brought to attention is that I did not call her daughter back and say everything was fineAgain I am puzzled why someone would use this consumer service in such a mannerThanks!

So my resolution to her is that I will delete the charge, but we will not resume the relationship. I feel like this was an issue in progress, and that I was willing to resolve the issue, and am not sure why this medium was used in this manner. Another fact I would like brought to attention is that I did not call her daughter back and say everything was fine. Again I am puzzled why someone would use this consumer service in such a manner.
