Review: As written from the company: I am sorry that you have had a bad experience with the company. I will be sending a cashiers check with the the remaining amount. I will also give you a call to confirm this again.It's been one month and no cashier's check has been received and the phone number does not go through. The service was poor. There were too many problems that have disrupted my schedule, from no-shows, to showing up too late or too early.Desired Settlement: I paid $175 for 6 cleaning sessions. Only one was completed. Review: I bought this company's service through Living Social. I paid $149 for five cleanings. The have not showed up to three services. I did not receive a phone call or anything. They just did not show up. The first time I asked for my money back and they refused. They did send someone out a month later who never showed up.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back, please.
