The technician was professional, knowledgeable, punctual and took the time to explain the exact cleaning procedures and products being used I was able to view vents and ducts before and after cleaning I even took pictures to share There was absolutely no mess I could tell the positive difference in the quality of the air in the house immediately Having extreme allergies to dust, mold, pollen, pet dander, grass, trees, etc., I have the air conditioning on when the temperature warms up I should have done this years ago

My goodness! We are so impressed with Dave WWho did our carpetsHe was very informational and helpful with out questionsOur carpets look sp beautiful again! We even got the scotch guard to protect them from future uh ohs from our dogs and spills! Loved the service and the end result so much this will be our go to cleaner from now on! When I called Green Clean I was supposed to be the first appt of the day on a Friday between and 9am The tech showed up around 10:30am no call no apology He seemed to be in a rush I ordered their advertisement special of rooms, sofa, loveseat & chair for $ I was also supposed to get a free room of 3m scotchguard protection of equal value with that purchase However, he showed me an estimate of over $ I asked why I wasn't going to receive the advertised special so he called his boss, Bil,l who told him this is what it is Being that I was having a dinner party on Sunday and going to be late for work I cancelled all of the rooms of carpet cleaning and said I'll just do the sofa set and small rug in my kitchen According to their ad it shouldn't have cost more than $plus the small rug After he finished he showed me a bill for $ I was so late for work by this time that my husband had to run home to pay him in CASH, since they wouldn't take my check and he quickly left telling me the sofa would be dried in 8-hours After work I came home and realized that there were other charges on the bill that I didn't understand so I called the owner, Bill He said he would call me back Satat 10am He never called! I waited a few days and finally I called him again Wed He explained that they charged me by the foot and for preconditioning and also added on travel charges which NO ONE ever mentioned to me I told him no one mentioned that to me and said that I'm lying because his receptionist always tells the customer about the travel charge and that its also printed on the ad (NOT) I told him that she did not and he said "Well I can prove it since we have recordings of the conversation I told him great then I want to hear the recorded conversation He became very irate especially when I told him that it took whole days for the sofa set to dryAgain he argued with me that it was impossible Does he think I was lying about it being soaking wet for three days? I had to run fans on it because the cushions were so soaked It had just dried in time for my dinner party on Sunday night, however, the tech missed several spots on my cushions which now appear as dark streaks He insisted that there's nothing wrong that I was overcharged, left my furniture soaking wet for days, left uncleaned streaks on my cushions, charged me for a travel charge unknown to me, and charged me by the foot instead of honoring his advertisement, and then HUNG UP on me My husband was so furious that he called him right back and he refused to pick up the phone A customer should NEVER be treated this way He was rude, verbally loud and insulting and refused a partial refund or to come out and correctly clean my sofa and apply the scotchguard I would NEVER recommend this company!
