We hired this business to come to our house, consult us on our landscaping needs and plant a variety of plants in our yard They were more than happy to come and plant and they expected prompt payment Although initially our yard looked nice, after a short amount of time about one fourth of the plantings died We called the business and left several messages both on an answering machine and with employees who answered the phone No on would assist us with our complaints We even took the extra step of travelling to the business in person to see if they would assist with our complaints The employees who were present insisted we had to speak to a specific person who was not present Again we left a message only to be ignored again This business is simply dishonest and unprofessionalAlthough they guaranteed their plants and products, once we had issues no one from the business would respond to our complaints I'm frustrated with their lack of professionalism Product_Or_Se

On 4-25-I went to Dr Caryn A Guba for an exam and x-ray because she had sent me an advertisement which was suppose to be freeAfter that I met with her finance person (Chris) to discuss the cost of the work to be done and what my Insurance would payShe set an appointment to start the work on may 2nd when I arrived some one else in Dr Guba"s office started the work,and as she drilled to get the cavity out she went to far so she went and got Dr Guba ,who told her the tooth couldn't be saved so put an antibiotic pack in it and send me to DR [redacted] to have it surgically removedThe surgery took place on may 11, To this day I have never been back to DR GubaHowever,she has continued to bill me for work that'snot been done claiming that they put a total of fillings in one my teeth and in another at the cost of for each fillingso I asked, why haven't you billed my Insurance if you did the fillings? Now she has sent the bill to a collection agency.The bill st
