Message:
[redacted] ha dropped off her purse and vest to my cleaner's for cleaning on July 13, 2015. This is the first time [redacted] has ever used our business for any cleaning services. I have taken pictures of the condition of her purse showing a worn and dirty purse with...

stains on the inside before cleaning. On July 29th she picked up her items. In case of a lost claim ticket, our procedure for customers to claim their items without here claim ticket is to provide their First, Last name and their phone umber. This information was provided & verified with our computer data at the time of pick-up. The total amount due was $41.25. [redacted] paid with a $100 bill and 30 cents at the time of pick-up.On September 3, 2015 [redacted] came to our store to claim the same items she has already picked up on July 29th. When she was informed that she had already picked up her items she became quite vocal. I was out of town on business during this time. [redacted] was asked to return on September 10th to discuss her claim with owner. I met with [redacted] on September 10th and showed her copies if the receipt when she picked up her items on July 29th. [redacted] was informed and has signed a general release that "We assume no responsibility for articles left for 30 days". [redacted] immediately became very vocal and made many slanderous and racists remarks. During this time one of my regular customers entered the store to pick-up and drop off garments to be cleaned. [redacted] started to tell my regular customer that I run a bad business, we give poor service and cannot be trusted and that we are thieves. My regular customer replied that we have provided nothing but good quality and excellent service and has never has any problems with our business. After [redacted] heard the compliment my customer made, [redacted] then started getting verbal aggressive and continued to negatively down talk my business by saying we are crooked ans that we are thieves. At that time I had asked [redacted] to please calm down or I will call the police. Before having to call the police she decided to leave the store.
Within an hour that day my customer who had picked up her dry cleaning at the same time [redacted] was in my store returned and informed me that [redacted] had followed her into the Smart-Food grocery store which is located in the same shopping center. My customer told me [redacted] assaulted her. My customer asked if I would please call the police for her. I called the police and when they arrived they took my customer statement. While the police was taking my customers statement I had left the store. When my customer finished with the police she was informed my customer service representative that she would be pressing charges against [redacted].
In my opinion this claim is not credible. I have contacted the police to investigate this as a possible scam. I will receive a completed police and respond with additional information within three weeks.
Regards,
[redacted] Green Cleaners

Response:
In response to a couple mentioned in [redacted] response. My employee mentioned to my wife there was a white woman and black man in front of [redacted] while she waited to be helped. I agree, only [redacted] would have the correct first name, last name, and phone number in order ti have somebody pick up her cleaning without her receipt. Being a small business, I rely on my employees to deal truthfully  with me and my valued customers.
I have no knowledge about the assault charges other than my regular customer came into my store and asked me to call the police. I have no other knowledge. The assault charges are between my regular customer and [redacted]. Regarding the statement where [redacted] contacted the [redacted]. I have no knowledge; as of this date I have not been contacted by the [redacted].
This is the first time this has ever happened in my business serving this community. When [redacted] dropped off her items for cleaning she signed an agreement waiver that states "We assume no responsibility fir articles left over 30 days". She left the items on July 13, and we state she picked up her items in July 29. She returned to my store on September 3 (which is more than 30 days from July 13), and claimed she had not picked them up in July.
In order for this to come to a close, I would like to request [redacted] to provide her purse and blouse store purchase receipts and I will follow the American National Standard Fair Claims Guide in order to determine the current value of her articles due to the depreciation of her items. I would like to meet with [redacted] again at my store in order to bring this a step closer to mutually bring this event to a close.
Regards,
[redacted]

Unfortunately, I can't find a receipt for the 20$ I paid for my dress to be clean. But I still have the plastic clear bag where my dress was handed in along with a small paper  stapled to it, but I misplaced the small paper .I remember they misspelled my name instead of...

[redacted] she typed [redacted]. The address is [redacted]
Thank you for your respond and for all you have been trying to do to solve this matter. It is sad that this establishments in our communities can get away with their say leaving customers unhappy and frustrated.
thank you again,

Please see the attached letter that I sent to [redacted] the same day I sent the Revdex.com letter.

On 9/3/15 I went to pick up the items and was told they had been picked up. The girl behind the counter that day told me to come in on Saturday to see the owner. On 9/5/15 when I talked with the owner’s wide she told me that a white woman and black man picked up my items on 7/29/15. They paid with a $100 bill and 30 cents. NOW they are telling the Revdex.com that I PICKED up the items. This is a total falsehood. I did not SEND anyone to pick up my items. No one would have had my First name, Last name and Telephone number to pick the items, UNLESS IT CAME DIRECTLY FROM SOMEONE AT THE CLEANERS.

I made no slanderous or racist remarks to anyone. The conversation was terse as I was very upset that my $300 Coach purse was not there! For them now to use the race card on this issue is ridiculous.

I have nothing more to say on this matter, but I will address the statements about my assault of their customer at Save Mart. When I left the cleaners, I went to Save Mart to grocery shop. At the check stand, I saw the lady that was at the cleaners and felt I should apologize to her. I tapped her on the shoulder and when she turned around, I offered my apology for bringing her into the matter at Green Cleaners. I did not push or shove her. When the police came to my door later that day to ask about the incident, I could not believe she stated I assaulted her. I asked the police to please check the video surveillance camera at the store to confirm that I did not “assault” her. I have no idea whether they did or not. However, I did contact the store manager about a week ago and he told me they had no incident report of an assault between two customers on that day. They keep detailed records of anything that happens in the store and no report was made, nor did anyone claim to have been assaulted.

If there is any scam here it is by Green Cleaners and their employees.
Respectfully submitted

Review: I was very much disrespected after IBrought back my [redacted] suit . Alteration was done to shorten the arm sleeves and it appeared it altered really bad that the suit could not fit my arm in the shoulder area. It appears the alteration was done inside the should to pull the arm up making it difficulty to wear at all. I came back to have this looked at and was treated rudely by the alteration lady. I need my suit fixed or replacedDesired Settlement: I need my suit re altered to fix the problem or refund me the cost of my suit

Review: I took a dress there to have it dry cleaned, when I picked it up first time dress was marked even more with a dirty shoe print or other marks. My husband picked up the dress and took it home where I discovered these marks and we returned the dress still in its plastic cover - the girl in the shop apologized and said they would have it properly cleaned again at no cost. When I returned to pick up the dress again 2 days later there were still some marks apparent. I complained to the manager who gave all sorts of reasons and excuses to why they could not clean it . I said Ok give my money back and she refused to do so. It was $22.00 . She does not understand that if service is not done properly customers should not pay for it. I wish she would have called me or warned me before taking my money. They do not seem to inspect the clothes with the customers first to take note of any marks. However in this case there were no marks on the dress until after they had supposedly cleaned it thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back, at least, because my dress is now worse.
