Green Collar

Review: [redacted] of Green Collar LLC completed my tax return for 2011. I received notification from the IRS that after an audit, that I was required to repay money due to "under reporting." I contacted the "tax consultant" to advise of this information and was accused of not having provided all W2s. After submitted proof that all documents were submitted, I received a notice from Green Collar that they would resolve the debt with the IRS and make payment in full by April 2013. In the meantime, I was advised to contact the IRS and set up payment arrangements which I did while an amendment was being drafted. After the submission of the Amendment in November 2013, no monthly payments were made. I have contacted the business on numerous occasions and requested that payments be made. Recently, I have contacted the business requesting that full payment be made since it has almost been a year since this issue was supposed to have been resolved. Despite having a contract for both full payment and monthly payments, no payments have been made a no attempts to make payments and/or resolve this issue with me. The IRS is holding me accountable for the monies due which is not being resolved as a result of the negligence and inconsideration from [redacted] and Green Collar LLC.Desired Settlement: Full payment made to the IRS immediately and documentation forwarded to me to validate that the account has been paid in full for the amount of $3,253.85 (not including interest and penalties through the time payment is made).

Review: I filed my 2011 tax return with Green Collar LLC. Somehow the company neglected to include all tax returns in the final electronic submission to the IRS. I later received a letter from the IRS stating that I was deficient in fining all returns on my taxes. When I contacted Green Collar LLC through my representative, [redacted], I was advised that the accountant and owner ([redacted]) would be resolving the issue. I received a repayment agreement in February 2013 which I signed and Green Collar signed. The contract states that Green Collar will make monthly payments effective in February until the balance is paid in full which was to be resolved on April 15, 2013 per the document. It is now September. Not only has Green Collar failed to make the payment for August 2013 of 105.00, but they have also failed to meet the contractual deadline of April 15, 2013. I have sent several emails to both [redacted] and [redacted] during the month of August and created a payment reminder so that they could ensure that all payments were timely. I was to receive email verification that payments had been made to the IRS. I have no received that for August nor September. I received an email from [redacted] today stating "Do not email me again." This issue still has not been resolved and I would like to have additional assistance in clearing up the financial obligation that Green Collar LLC has before resorting to more extreme measures. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: I would like Green Collar LLC to make the payment in full for the monies that are due to the IRS as a result of their negligence. I would like full payment within 30 days of this document to include all interest, penalties, and fines as well as documentation of such payment sent to me via email at [redacted]
