and good communication.  When we don’t have that we decline new business. @GreenTraderTax didn't & doesn't publish tax return info. There is no info about current/former clients on @GreenTraderTax.
We have an excellent record in our 31 years of doing business.

IM not sure what the response from the business means with respect to the issue of releasing my private tax information online?  "good communication" does not mean communicating my personal information for my 2013 tax year online for everyone to see.  And that clearly does not show mutual trust

Hello,
You can see in the documents attached in my initial complaint I attached a photo that Mr [redacted] told the internet my filing status for 2014.  i will reattach if somehow it was not seen by everyone.
Mr [redacted] told the whole world that a equity  trader who appears on tv and radio  has not filed his taxes and has  taken a  6 month extension.  IN 2012 there where over 900,000 cases at the irs where identity theft occurred and random people filled out tax returns and stole peoples returns.  Would you think that announcing that I have yet to file my taxes makes a well known trader a major target for this sort of identity theft? especially since if you file an extension you need to be paid in 100% of the taxes you owe.  SO if a scam artist saw that, they know that there is a good chance I am due a refund.
Not to mention the fact that announcing this was a major violation  of the Accountant/client privilege.  I dont want my accountant tell anyone for example, how much his client made, what his filing status is or any other example of private information.  Mr [redacted] should be held accountable for this.  I think its pretty clear.  I looked up on the American institute of CPAs website (AICPA) and this was a clear violation of rule           section 301- rule 1               "A member in public practice shall not disclose any confidential client information without the specific consent of the client.".
I've decided i'm going to follow up with the AICPA this week.  Only because of either arrogance or ignorance by Mr [redacted], he thinks he has not violated his code of conduct.  AND THE PUBLIC SHOULD KNOW.
What I have been dealing with and Mr [redacted] is so serious i plan on setting up a website  about everything I went through with Mr [redacted]s firm and him so the public can see this when they search for this firm.  (only after I finally file my taxes)
IN conclusion I see 4 issues here that the public should know
1)Mr [redacted] has lied in this report .  saying the attached photo  evidence event did not happen.
2)Mr [redacted] has  violated his code of conduct attached link  [redacted]
3)Mr [redacted] has threatened me with monetary harm by speaking the truth
4)MR [redacted] seems to think he is not accountable by either arrogance or ignorance

Dear [redacted]:
Each time we reply, Mr. [redacted] gets further upset and he escalates his actions.
We’ve been clear with our responses to date and prefer not to make any more replies, as Mr. [redacted] wants the last word.
Thank you for your help.

Take care,

Review: The complaint I am filing is about how Green Company took my private non public information about very specific information on my 2013 tax return and broadcast it on [redacted]. While I was sending information to Greentrader tax for my 2013 tax return for a period of 3 months (January to March of 2014) abruptly with no warning Greentrader quit to do my 2013 tax returns, 2 weeks before they where due. That issue aside no matter how unprofessional that is, there is a bigger issue that I cant make public about this at the moment. I complained on [redacted], to him in a public manner. Then without cause or reason, the CEO of the company who I never worked with (other then 1 billable hour) published sensitive non public information with respect to my 2013 tax return. I hope it was not noticed by any criminal element, but if it was then I could be in for a major problem when I file my taxes late in 2013. After I complaied about this to the CEO he would delete my comments online then post he never posted any public information of my tax return, nor any other clients, which is untrue. As I complained of this, he bullied me with legal action. While at the same time having people in his company who I have never spoken with, say that my 2013 tax information was never compromised, which I say how would these people know my information to begin with? and slander my good name with lies?Desired Settlement: I am already starting the process of speaking with the AICPA about violations of their code of conduct. Specifically .01 Rule 301Confidential client information.A member in public practice shall not disclose any confidential client information without the specific consent of the client.\I find it unacceptable in this day and someone can violate their code of conduct with such impunity. And should be dealt with accordingly. No wonder Green trader is not accredited w/ the Better Business buro
