I want to sincerely apologize for the accusations I made earlier about items that I said were missing after work was done at my homeAfter searching for the umpteenth time I was able to locate the missing items in a place they were never put beforeI am truly embarrassed and humiliatedPlease accept my sincerest apologies, and I hope I didn't cause any harm to your employeesHumbly, [redacted] ***

On the night of January 1, 2012, the [redacted] Congregational Church was destroyed by a devastating fire that reduced the sanctuary building in total ashes, and major smoke and water damage to the remaining office complex and Sunday school buildingAmong others first responders at the scene was a representative from Green Construction & Restoration, Matt L [redacted] As you can imagine, the scene was quite chaotic, and as the church’s Finance Board Chairperson, I was also on site to coordinate the early activities of contacting the appropriate representatives from our insurance company, working with other church officials on important next steps that needed to be taken, and basically providing support where needed This is where Matt stepped in and provided valuable insight into what we should expect to happen and the next steps we should take Matt was also the only representative from the handful of loss mitigation companies that were on site that night to have all of the information that we needed at his fingertips He provided us the contact information for our insurance company which allowed me to file an insurance claim that night from the scene of the fireAfter the fire had been put out, Green Construction and Restoration was willing and able to provide further loss mitigation services in a very timely manner Their team started right away pumping out water, boarding up windows, and installing a perimeter fence among many other activities Their ability to provide these services in a very timely manner and the quality of the services delivered was instrumental in the decision to allow Green Construction & Restoration to provide further loss mitigation and restoration services to the church Green Construction was ultimate made responsible for the restoration aspect of the church rebuilding project They handled all aspects of restoring the smoke and water damage to the office and Sunday school buildings, and kept us informed as to the status of each aspect of the process When there were questions, they did not hesitate to reach out to the appropriate church representative to seek out advice, consultation and decisionsThe work that was completed by Green Construction & Restoration was high quality work that without a doubt, was much better that what we had before the fireThe personnel from Green Construction & Restoration were great to work with, knowledgeable in the activities they were undertaking, and I would highly recommend them to any restoration and loss mitigation job The truly are a quality company and their work was impeccable

On February 15, 2016, we experienced our first homeowner claim (ever) due to a frozen celloid (sp?) in our dishwasher This malfunction caused severe water damage to our main living level as well as to the basement apartment area located directly below the kitchen/dining room area Being that this was the first time we’ve ever had a homeowner claim, I was nervous and upset and didn’t know what to do I called the *** *** Agency to begin the claim reporting and home repair process The purpose of this letter is to articulate the excellent service received not only from *** *** and *** ***, but also to let you know that Green Construction, *** and *** *** *** performed an amazing repair and restoration of my damaged home In addition, the help and support from *** ***, the Insurance Adjuster assigned to our case, was outstandingPeter from Green Construction, *** from *** and *** from *** *** *** led each of their respective teams through the process of rebuilding my home Each of their team members were professional, efficient and hard working throughout this process I am so pleased with the results and I know that my dwelling would not look as beautiful as it does today without their attention to detail and outstanding customer service On several occasions, they encountered challenges but they worked through these in a way that mitigated further issues and left me completely satisfied In my opinion, all of them went above and beyond the call of dutyI also want to mention that the personnel at *** *** (I believe the name of the individual managing our claim is “***”) also provided exceptional service to me and my family at a time that we needed it most *** followed up on a regular basis to check in and make sure that the process was moving along smoothlyThanks to *** ***, we have been insured with *** *** for approximately one year… I was nervous about reporting this claim because we are such new policy holders *** treated us as though we were their top priority in settling this claim Their service was prompt and efficient and they often called us to check on our status and ensure that we had everything that we needed We are so happy to have switched to *** and hope to be their clients for many, many years to come!
