Review: Monday June **, 20*5 I ordered one 4 x 8 sheet of bamboo plywood from Green Depot. Green Depot's representative, Joannie, said the total charge would be $225 ($*75 for the wood and $50 for the delivery). I then gave her my credit card number so she could process the charge and arrange delivery. She said expected delivery date would be Wednesday July * but it did not arrive.(this was to be shipped to McMahon Cabinets, *53 Powell Ave, Southampton) Then Joannie said it would definitely arrive Friday July [redacted]. I called in the morning of July [redacted] and Joannie said it was on the truck and would arrive before noon. It never arrived, we waited until 6pm on this holiday day, paying a man extra to stay there while everyone else was off for the holiday weekend, meanwhile Green Depot closed early for the holiday weekend. Monday July [redacted] I spoke with Joannie and her supervisor, they apologized, said no one knew what had happened and they had somehow misplaced the sheet of bamboo plywood but they would arrange for re-delivery immediately which didn't actually occur until Friday July[redacted]. They offered free delivery because of the mix ups, our keeping a guy at the shop all day July [redacted] holiday and our delayed project for our customer, and said they would immediately credit my card for that refund.

Green Depot never did credit back to my credit card the $50, as well they charged my card more than the $225 I originally okayed. The charge put through my credit card was $253.32. Joannie apologized, said they mistakenly charged me a surcharge and sales tax despite my resale number and that the actual complete new charge should be $*63 and I was due a credit of $90.32. However, this credit never appeared. Again I had to call and Joannie claimed she gave the info to the billing department, that they are supposedly handling it and they just haven't gotten around to it. yet.

Around late August I called again as still there was no refund. I reached Juan who told me Joannie was no longer with the company but Juan said he would make sure this got resolved and my refund issued. That never happened either. Then I got a call from Joe K[redacted] who claimed he was the general manager of the company, that he's as high up as one gets. He apologized, said there was no excuse for this and he would personally get this resolved and my credit issued. On September [redacted] a credit of $36.07 was issued, just a portion of the credit due. I then called and spoke with Joe who acknowledged this was not correct and this credit was just partial, there had been a mixup, and he was handling this personally right away. However, the remaining credit of $54.25 has still not been given. Despite numerous calls and conversations of promises from Joe, and his excuses such as Joannie left them a paper mess, Juan's wife had a baby and he was out for two weeks, and everything else he still has not gotten this resolved and I have not heard anything from Joe, Juan or anyone else at Green Depot.Desired Settlement: The correct refund balance of $54.25 be refunded to my credit card.
