I am writing in response to the above complaint number. This complaint letter dated 12/11/15 was just received by us today. We have tried to resolve the complaint with the customer but unfortunately we have been able to do so. This was an emergency job that the customer requested be done... immediately, we advised him that we were working about 2 weeks out but would see what we could do to fit him into our schedule. After a price was agreed upon he then proceeded to add other special requests regarding cutting and stacking the wood and providing some for his trip to the desert. We did not request cash in advance and our policy is to not take payment in full until the job is completed, however he was on his way to a trip to the desert and forced us to take the money before he left. We were able to get most of the work completed within a few days and advised it would take some time but we would slowly remove the remaining debris within the next couple of weeks. We had repeated phone calls about completing the service and threatening legal action even though we made did our best to keep him informed of our schedule. The customer is complaining that services were left uncompleted, however, the trunk he is referring to was not part of the original agreement and he was told at the time of service that trunks are not included in tree removal services. We offered to repair the pipe for free and we have refunded some of his money in an effort to help placate him, however his response was to post fallacious and libelous information about us on Facebook. The invoice was sent as soon as we received the correct email address which had to be requested three times before it was given to us and it was within a week after the work was completed. We work hard to satisfy our customers and have never had an issue with any customer about our quality of work or completion of services. We are able to provide numerous positive reviews from our satisfied, quality customers. Please let me know if you need any further clarification or information.

Like I said before there was no communication on their part and yes the trunk was part of the deal and if it was not why would he send me a refund check for the trunk. Its not fair for my grandfather to have to go through this when he payed the $and the work was not completed.I have every right to go on face book and post a warning to other people about the service and the professtionalism of this business. All we wanted was the job finished and yes I did ask for him to set aside some of the wood and he did agree to do so.I have all documentation and text messages from this incident
Thank you

Hi Claudia   Im not sure who Mr. [redacted] is but if it is Mr [redacted] then this is my position. The matter was closed when [redacted] decided to place post in the "Yuma Exchange" smearing our company with his septic nonsense. He took this matter publicly without any time for resolving the matter. He seems to be accustomed to quick judgment and complaints. He had been explained to that the stump was extra. He was in such a hurry to get out to the dunes he actually had a trailer full of off road toys there with him. He feels that I cheated him and in good faith I returned a portion of his money. He has turned that into an act of guilt on my part. I have no problem returning to the job. But he must admit he has been unfair and also pay for the remaining service, minus the returned monies Ed
