Green Dog Pet Sitting with Love

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Green Dog Pet Sitting with Love regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
" margin: 0in 0in 10pt;" class="MsoNormal">I have not heard from Green Dog's owner, Cynthia F*, as of today I sent her a letter by certified mail explaining my position and included pictures of the damage, an estimate for cleaning, a check for their services and a copy of the Revdex.com complaint confirmation The letter was signed for on 10/**/
The only contact I have had from Green Dog was from the employee that was hired for the dates that we had a problem, Heather F* She texted me on 10/**/stating (in part) the following:

All I am asking for is an apology and admittance of their mistake - not their defensivenessI have not and do not plan to reply to the text sent
