Review: I went to Walmart on 11/5/215 at 16/43/30 and I bought an 64.00 green dot card. when I get home I activated it on the computer. I sent the card with my daughters farther and he told me there was no money on card so I went to get the card and I check it and it says the information on my card did not match my information so I call the [redacted] number on the back on the card and they told me the same thing saying it was negative 11 dollars but no one has use the card so I was like how can this be in the card was not use the lady told me that it was charge with and im account I don't know what that is so she sent me to the fraud department and I spoke with a lady name wny and we had words bc she was telling me that it is a 50 percent chance that I may not get my money back which I do not understand bc it was there mistake in getting my information mix up I bought a card in trust that my money would be on my card and its not and I am paying for someones elses issues and that is something that I should not be able to do that is not my problem I should have to pay for that and not have my money refunded I work to hard to just be giving money out like that. and for them to tell me I may not get it back that is not sitting right with me and I did all they ask me to do but I am not satisfied with the outcome that the lady gave me saying I may not get my money back and she would not let me speak to manager or let me get cooperate numberDesired Settlement: 64.00
