WORST Customer service EVER
Hands down the WORST customer service EVER!
We received an email saying "service completed" which would lead anyone to think...YUP, the service was completed. Then tried calling and chatting in inquire which is like trying to talk to the President, GOOD LUCK! When we finally did get through we were met with absolute contempt and rudeness. This business used to be professional and cared about their customers, now, its as if its an inconvenience for them to have to deal with a customer. If we could give less than one star we would. So many great lawn care companies out there that actually appreciate you business. Go for one of those!

I am really sorry to hear of the problems with the billing. It looks like you requested a refund on 6/5/17 and it was submitted then and was told it would take a few days, up to 2 weeks to get that refund to show up on the Credit Card.  on 6/8/2017 your bank disputed the charge and took the...

money back so the refund was cancelled.  Everything should be all squared away with the account and the money that was supposed to be refunded that the bank disputed that charge.  Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help you out now or in the future. Thanks!!

We really wanted this to work out as we like to give small companies a shot as well but are not happy with the service, we received from Green Drop. Right from the start, we had to call and ask them to come out as they had forgotten us. We had just reseeded as the lawn looked not very good. They suggested aeration and another reseed. We agreed. Hardly any new grass came up and they had left out a whole section of the yard. After the second application the lawn started looking worse than before. There were brown spots everywhere and the new grass got killed off but weeds and grab grass started to come in. When they came out the third time, I asked them what they intend to do about this and was told, they would call us back with a solution. No one called. After we finally called two weeks later, we were told that they had given us the solution, when they were out the last time which was a lie as I had asked them about making it right and was told he needed to speak to his boss. The person on the phone was not very helpful or at least apologetic but tried to blame it on us. We decided to cancel the contract and are now hoping for a quick refund for the remaining application. But still are left with a bad lawn and a lot of money spent for nothing.
