Green Earth Bedbug Dogs

Review: Hired this company to give an accurate read on whether or not bedbugs were in our apartment. They had someone come in with a dog and immediately said we had them. We had the bugs in a bag and showed them where we found them. Somehow, the dog said we had them in places that we had no evidence, didn't see them, no markings, no problems getting bitten etc... In addition to the false reading, they tried to convince us to hire them on the spot to get rid of the bugs. Their findings and advice were suspicious so we asked them to leave and did more research. We found out that nobody should ever try to convince you to take care of the problem on the spot and that they were likely a scam. We brought in a second company that also had a dog and they confidently told us that there were no bedbugs. They looked at the bugs and said they didn't look like bedbugs and they sent them to their lab, who confirmed they weren't. I want to make sure nobody else has to go through the same issue and lose/waste money hiring this company.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund back to my credit card.
