To whom it may concern. This complaint is untrueI sent a crew back to this project with a punch list agreed upon by both parties and completed the work in our contractthe client insists that rain gutters were included which they were notThis client is impossible to please and as such we
finished our work and left the projectWe did not break any roof tiles however I did point out that there were broken tiles and in fact replaced one as a gesture of good faith. In addition we had agreed on my company putting up rain gutters for a sum and she was to purchase materialsShe in fact bought some of the materials and I personally installed one run of gutterUpon attempting to formalize our agreement for the gutters I was screamed at stating it is includedThis client id bitter from a previous encounter with another contractor whom stole dollars and did nothing.I entered into this job to resolve a red tag compliance violation she received from her city and resolved that issue and was signed off by the city as final, in compliance and completed. She is aware that any further work will require a new contract and monetary compensation as agreed verbally in a previous discussionAt this time I am not interested in continuing a relationship with this client. Please see attached contract for work performed, completed and signed off by the city inspectors. Also I am interested in renewing my membershipPlease have someone contact me at ###-###-####L** ***Owner

Review: Job not done to my satisfaction. Workers said they were finished and left. I have broken roof tiles that they broke, not replaced. They did not install the rain gutter (they removed it). The paint on the patio cover is two different colors. They did not clean up. I have numerous paint cans and boxes of nails and left over roofing materialthat they left. 3 months on the job because they only worked 2 or 3 days week once. Had to call them every morning to see if they were coming to work that day. I would complain to them everyday but they would tell me I didn't know what I was talking about. They got their money and that is all they care about. The quality of their work is shameful. I need this job finished Right. I paid $5,300.00 total $5,700.00 plus $1,363.95 for materials.Desired Settlement: Replace the roof tiles that are broken, paint patio cover one color. Finish installation of rain gutter.
