Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me To whom it may concern: I received a visit from a representation with Metro Waste Systems who said that they were taking over Green Earth's Sanitation clientele who live within my neighborhood They said that Mr [redacted] told them that I was paid up through the month of December and that they were going to honor that I would have preferred receiving notice from Mr [redacted] regarding this; however, I am thankful Metro Waste will be providing me with regular service In light of these events, there is no need for Mr [redacted] to respond to the complaint Regards, [redacted]

This company has left me without trash service for over a month (since 13Nov15) Owner states he cannot tell me when he would be able to pick up my trash due to not having a truckI mentioned to him we were still under contract (until 1Jan16) and he was not fulfilling his contracted service and he needed to find a way to pick up my trash, i.eRent a U-haul truck, like he had used before on previous trash collection I can't leave a message because the mailbox is full and he does not return textsIt is now January and still no pick up or any response from Eddie M [redacted] , the ownerHe is unreliable and deceitful

Worst service ever!! The owner states that he is "going out of business" and has refused to pick up our trash for the past monthHe states that we " don't understand" that he no longer has a"truck" I've been with this company for six months and have had a total of pick ups total, Suppose to be weekly pick ups, but often had to call to remind him to get out trash on each of pick upsEddie ignores texts, and has an excuse ready to give you as to why service wasn't renderedStay away from company and remember the name Eddie M [redacted] if he comes back with a different sanitation name after his "bankruptcy"!!

These guys are awesome they have never been late or missed a pick up they shut down for a year and came back with better equipment

THIS IS THE WORSE TRASH COMPANY EVER!!!!!! For the past weeks out trash has either not been picked up on scheduled day (Friday's) or picked up at like hours of after 10:30pmWithout calling or anythingOnce we speak to them they say we are driving that way, hours later still not hereI live in the same city They plead and beg not to leave negative comments on Revdex.com but things haven't changedThe company seems very shady nowI asked to cancel my services and asked for a refundThey agreed and said our trash can will Be picked up right now ( hours later still no show)The gentleman stated "we will be giving you cash refund"

I asked the ***, Eddie M***, to provide recycling services at a condo building that I manageHe helped me with the City's paperwork and inspection processThen, once we had passed inspection, he not only gave us a recycling bin, he provided smaller boxes for each resident of the building to useIn addition, he agreed to move the bin from the lobby to the stairwell and collect the recycled materials from there, even though it required humping the bin up and down stepsThroughout the process of setting up the service, Eddie has been extremely easy to work with and is obviously focused on customer satisfactionThe owners are very pleased, and I highly recommend his company, Green Earth Sanitation

Eddie has provided recycling service to our office for about two years, now. He provided individual bins for each individual office/workspace, as well as larger collection bins. He and his team empty every single bin in our office during collection, upstairs and downstairs, in addition to the larger bins. From the beginning, when we were "shopping around" he was (and continues to be) easy to reach, the most pleasant to work with, and he has the fairest price. He is definitely customer-focused, and I highly recommend his service. My office has been very pleased with Green Earth Sanitation.
