Upon review, we noticed that the complaint contains
contradictory statements regarding the issues that the consumer
describes. In addition, the complaint does not meet RevDex.com National Complaint Acceptance Guidelines as it
appears to involve buyer’s remorse and allegations of
criminal acts.

the consumer complaint as unacceptable under Revdex.com guidelines and
delete any reference to the company from its website.

understand and resolve the consumer’s issues, and will work

Review: [redacted] of Green Echo Studio, issued a refund check to me in the amount of $6,587.50 and it was returned for insufficient funds. I hired [redacted] on May **, 2014 and gave him a $6600 deposit. Work was to start on May **. On June *, 2 men who did not work for [redacted], were dropped off. They had no gloves or tools and had to wait until 3 pm for a jack hammer. They left around 5:30 and we realized [redacted] may not be able to do the job. Prior to hiring him he said he had a full crew and owned the necessary equipment. We had a meeting on June ** and gave him an opportunity to do the job and again he failed to perform as promised. We were hoping this to work out, but [redacted] was unable to keep his word and he agreed to reimburse our deposit.We are now in the process of hiring another contractor and due to how late in the season it is, the earliest I can have the work done is mid-August. The work involves a 22x14 patio and 65 foot driveway. The patio needed to be finished in order to install the AC compressor. It's a big mess.I have no yard or AC nor the full amount of money to hire and get the work done.Desired Settlement: I would like a cashier's check from [redacted] to replace the $6,587.50 check that was returned for insufficient funds.

Review: We retained Green Echo Studio, and their subcontractors to execute a home improvement. For many months we had been corresponding with them and even retained an architect to draw up a plan set for clarity on the job. The work was supposed to be performed over two week period while we were away on vacation. Upon our return, without warning, we came home to a half finished project. Drywall dust all over our house, project was not completed. We called Green Echo Studio and complained. Our apartment was not inhabitable the way we found it, so we had to move to another location while the work was finished. What happened after was unacceptable. We began calling Green Echo Studio every few days to get an update on the project completion. Rarely did anyone pick up the phone. When they did, we were often hung up on with no explanation on why..then they denied they hung up.. very odd behavior. Finally- we were told the project was ready for completion. We showed up to observe the final parts the install. To our surprise, NONE of the work or materials were what was specified in the architects drawings, and it was clear they were cutting corners to get the job done with cheep materials. We halted work immediately. We requested a refund of the money we had paid. It was agreed that Green Echo Studio would refund our money, less several hundred dollars for some of the demolition we had done. They left their materials and tools in our house, didn't clean up, and walked off the job. Never to be heard from again!!! We have called multiple times, no call back. Sent letters registered mail to their "business locations" all letters have been returned to sender. These business practices are unacceptable.Desired Settlement: At this point we want the money we spent at a 50% deposit, a written apology for the total lack of respect we were shown in this process, removal of equipment and tools from our house, and a warning from Revdex.com.
