Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was mislead by Mr [redacted] 's advertising, since a prudent person would assume that a bedroom apartment consists of one bedroom along with the living room and kitchenA two bedroom apartment consists of two bedrooms; which mine did not Mr [redacted] has also failed to address any of the concerns mentioned in my previous responseAs I had previously mentioned, anything I signed was after the cleaning was done and payment was dueMr [redacted] also failed to address the fact that cash was the only payment method available to me at the time and any charges were not disputable due to thisMr [redacted] also did not address the fact that he ignored my contact attempts in order to get the matter resolved after the cleaningMost importantly, Mr [redacted] has failed to address the fact that he forged my signature in his first reply I will not continue to go back and forth with Mr [redacted] as my point in this matter has been made very clearlyIf Mr [redacted] does not agree to reimburse me for what I was wrongfully charged by his company, please allow this to serve as notice that he will be served with a summons and complaint to appear in small claims court for a full refund as well as filing feesMr [redacted] should also be advised that I will proceed with filing a complaint with regard to the forgery of my signature, which is a criminal matter.Sincerely, [redacted]

Good morning Ms [redacted] and thank for replying it back, no the website does not show what includes, however while speaking on the phone with mr [redacted] or any other clients I let them know what does the service includes, once I arrive at the location is going through the client unit and verbally and visually do a walk through explaining what is going to be service and explained to the client and about the extra service that is included in the move out cleaningThe service will only be service with the clients approval, the client can refuse the service or cancel the service with out any cancellation fee Ms [redacted] any company will not do Enya extra service for anyone knowing they won't receive payment, extra service will be done only with client's approval and agreeing with the new amountVery respectfully [redacted] [redacted]

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Mr*** stated in his reply that I signed an agreement prior to him beginning the serviceI did not sign any such document prior to the cleaning, and I can assure you that the signature on his attached invoice was not done by meThe only signature I did provide was upon completion of the service when my invoice was being generated
Furthermore, please see the business' advertisement attached, which clearly states that the price for a "Bedroom Apt/Studio - $250." This was the price originally quoted to me when I called the business and stated that I would be moving and needed the apartment cleaned along with carpets and everything else included in an apartment cleaningI was never informed that the carpet cleaning along with the windows and drapery would not be includedUpon review of the invoice that was generated after the cleaning, I noticed that these items were added on and should not have been based on what I was led to believe
At the time of payment, Mr*** alleged that his credit card device was not working so my only payment option at that time was cashThis made it so I was unable to dispute any charges with my credit card company when Mr*** failed to respond to my contact attempts
I would like to also mention that now that Mr*** has attempted to forge my signature in his reply, there is now also a criminal issuePlease see a photo of my ID attached, which includes my signature and it is clearly not the same as the signature on the invoice included in Mr***'s email
At this point, in order to avoid further legal action and pursuing this criminal matter, I would be willing to settle for a full refund of what was paid by me to Mr***'s companyIt should be noted that in a civil matter, I would pursue a full refund along with filing feesThe signature forging should also be noted by the bureau
