Review: I hired Green Eco Environmental to get rid of moths in my home. The person came in sprayed cedar in my home without telling me I need to leave that. They failed to tell me that I needed to have all my clothes in air tight containers or plastic bags. They failed to tell me that using eco friendly cedar was only 50% effective. They told me within three months that the moths would be gone. The moths are still here. I spent $300 dollars for this treatment. They would not return my calls.Desired Settlement: I feel they should refund my money for their poor practices. I need to hire someone else now and it is going to cost me more than $300.

We apologize for any inconvenience to her if there was any issue post treatment. We would be happy to supply a 50% refund for any problems as well as credit towards any future treatment. We sincerely hope that this is ok and we truly only want the best for [redacted] and eapeically want her moth problem solved.
