We rented a bedrm house in a gated community from Green Emerald Homes LLC (Bocastle) in the Tampa Bay Area for years Although the house was not quite livable at first (they purchased from an HOA lean after years of vacancy and bank foreclosure), the office was always polite and responsive during business hours We had to invest a lot of our own time and money getting the yard and sprinkler system going, steamed cleaned tile, and had to get our own appliances, but the rent price was fair and below market They did take care of the big stuff when it came up
We want to give a positive shout out to their office for promptly returning our full security deposit after we moved out We notified of our non-renewal correctly, and left the house clean and in better condition that we received it There were no games from them, and our full deposit was returned at weeks So, if you have no damage and leave the house clean, this company will keep their word and give it back to you There are so many landlords out there that try to steal your deposit, but this is not one of them
