I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
My car had absolutely no ignition issues before their technician attempted to make a key. I only called the locksmith because I lost my keys at work (had my car had issues I would not have been able to get to work). After their technician forced the faulty ignition key he made into my car, he damaged the ignition such that it would not accept ANY key. The incident took place in the [redacted] parking lot that has video surveillance. I had to tow my car to [redacted] where [redacted] confirmed with their certified [redacted] technicians that they key that the LOCKSMITH cut was faulty and caused the damage when the LOCKSMITH's technician tried to force the faulty key that he made into my ignition. [redacted] risk management called the locksmith on my behalf, and encouraged me to continue to pursue the matter as the locksmith should be held liable.

conversation recording and can provide them if needed).Our technician unlocked the car door and made key for the vehicle, which was working perfectly in the car door lock, but not in the ignition. The reason is key wasn't working in the ignition because ignition had problems prior to our technician even arrived. We can make ignition key, but cannot repair 2011 [redacted] ignition therefore [redacted] had to bring vehicle to the dealership.The cost of key cutting and programming is $150, but since [redacted] refused to pay, technician, understanding her frustration, agreed to be reimbursed for materials only $40 + service call fee $20, total of $60, which is cost of the key itself before cutting and programming.[redacted] contacted us via email and we exchanged our view of the problem (conversation attached). She also mentioned that she have a video of the security camera that proves our technician damaged her ignition which is obviously false statement.If [redacted] don't see any value in services provided by Mobile Locksmith Indianapolis, which is unlocking her vehicle door and making key that at least unlocks the car door (sorry same key didn't work on broken ignition), we gladly refund $60 that she pay to us.Respectfully, Mobile Locksmith Indianapolis
