*** *** It is totally unrealistic to state that there is someone scheduled to come to my home to resolve an issue when I have been
stood up for service calls in the past with no notificationIf Green Energy Efficiency was asked for a time line as to when the concern was first received, the steps they took to rectify and then the satisfaction of their customer you would see a hugh gap in time. The time of the initial request for warranty work until today 1/10/is unacceptableThey sent out their Contractor to repair the system and never followed through with itThe monitoring process is unresolved, a panel has disappeared from the array totally and we still block off our schedule in hopes they will honor their commitment to us as outlined in the contract.*** ***
