On or around January I received a phone call from Mr [redacted] stating that he had not received his permanent tag from the DMV in South Carolina He requested a tracking number from where we sent the title work to the main DMV office I provided the tracking number to him on that date We had sent the title work on the 18th of Dec He was concerned as the DMV was stating that they had no record of him in the systemHe DMV and provided them with the tracking number I provided for him They stated that they did in fact have his paperwork but had not processed it yet On January they did process it and rejected it due to insufficient amount of money being sent We received the paperwork back on the 9th and resubmitted the paperwork with the right amount of money I provided him with that tracking number also On January the fees for a tag in South CAROLINA CHANGED THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE PAPERWORK EVEN THOUGH THEY RECEIVED IT BEFORE THE 1ST 1.PDF is what we sent on the 18th 2.pdf is what we sent on the 10th I received a message from the customer this morning Jan that the DMV has processed his paperwork and he has his tag
