This company charged us for work and materials that was never completed. It's been almost 2 yrs now and they will not return calls or refund our mone
The company charged us 400.00 to repair our chimney which caused a leak that we didn't have after they installed our roof. They charged us for leaf guards we never received or installed

Desired Outcome

I would like the company to honor our contract and repair the damages caused by the poor workmanship and the leaf guards we pd for to be installed

Roof replacement ordered. No work done. Roof replacement ordered 6/3/2019 and down payment made ($2230.00). On that date the representative said they were so busy that it might be several weeks before the job would be done. After 2 months with no work or contact my phone calls to the business were unanswered. Phone calls to the representatives personal phone are unanswered. I referred to their web page and saw a reference to Revdex.com. I went to that page and saw the firm had gone out of business. I went to my bank to stop payment on the check and was informed that the check had already cleared. Contact with the bank check fraud office indicated the bank could do nothing for me.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of my down payment.

Outstanding bill no invoices ever paid. GreenForm owes 3145.00 in back invoices dating from 10/09/18-12/06/18 no attempt has been made to pay these invoices.

Desired Outcome

Payment of invoices in full.

They took my deposit and 142 days later still no roof. They've disconnected the phone, don't respond to email and bugged out of their office on 28th street.

Payment made, service was never complete and refund guaranteed under contract was never given.
2/9/18 I met *** and signed a contract to install solar panels on my roof. I paid $6,926.00 by check and opened a loan to cover the rest. When asked, he said I would get a full refund if my HOA did not approve the project (and never mentioned the 25% restock fee hidden in the contract). July 2018, my HOA declined the project. October 2018, GreenForm paid off the remainder of the loan. *** claimed they needed time to find other projects that my materials could be used for in order to give me the full $6,926.00 refund. February 2019, *** claimed to have spoken with the owner and said he told her I was getting a full refund regardless of how many of my materials could be used for other projects because it had been so long - they just needed a little more time to get the finances together. After months of excuses, they stopped taking my calls and disconnected their phone line.

Desired Outcome

I know they have filed for bankruptcy and I don't know how much you can do, but I just want my refund of $6,926.00.

Signed a contract for a roof and gutters with Green Form on 2/26/19 and paid a $4,000 deposit. Today no roof/gutters and they stopped responding. Signed a contract on 2/26/19 for a roof and gutters. Paid by check a deposit of $4,000 on 3/6. They said 4 - 6 or 6 - 8 weeks until install. At around the 8 week mark I began contacting them. They were vague and unreliable to respond. Found out 6/28 on the local news they've filed for bankruptcy.

Desired Outcome

Return my $4,000 deposit with interest.

They took my money and closed shop. Pretty sure they never intended to do the work. Gave them the money in January, they kept saying they were having issues and I was gullible to believe they really just needed more time. Once the collection came in for the loan and I still didn't have a roof I called (at this point I had had a lot of conversations with these guys) and no one picked up or it was always busy. I started dreading the worst and then on Friday I saw on the news they had swindled a lot of people and I was just another sucker. Now I'm without a roof or my money.

Desired Outcome

Aha, well, I can't really see anything happening. But, I really need my money back so I can get a roof. Like, a real one. I at least would like to not have to pay their bank but... in the long run that is probably just going to cost me more to try and stop. The whole world is set up to protect the rich and I needed to learn the hard way.

Green form did not pay the subcontractor that installed our roof. Subcontractor has put a lien on our house. Green form was paid in full. Contracted greenform to install new roof on January 14, 2019. After MANY phone calls, they installed our new roof on may 9, 2019. Greenform used subcontractors to install our roof, then refused to pay the subcontractors after we had paid greenform in full. Subcontractor has placed a lien on our house.

Desired Outcome

Pay the subcontractor for the work so they will remove the lien from our house.

I do not accept their response. It is a very simple solution. Pay your subcontractor and get the lien removed from our house.

I gave this company $15,000 last July. Still have no roof. Get no help when I call the salesman's number. I gave Greenform $15,000 last July for 2 new roofs. Was told every time I called, weather was an issue and that our job was next up. Called again about 1 month ago and was told my salesman was not working with them anymore and to call back at 10am to speak to a company representative. Nobody ever answers the phone.

Desired Outcome

I want my full deposit back.

Greenform signed contract, got payment, and will not return calls. This has been on going five months. Contract signed on 12/20/2018 by myself and *** at Greenform for removal of current roofing/gutter and installing of new roofing and gutters with warranty for total cost of $11,372 with half being paid upfront and remainder at completion. I called in Feb 2019 and was told due to bad weather, it would be 3 weeks before they could come. I called in March, got same exact info. I called end of March and was told one more week. April came, I spoke with project manager and was told job will be finished no later than April. In May, spoke with one of the owners named *** and was told I would receive a discount of $800 and a definite completion date of May 13th. On that day, there was no one to show and no phone call. I called and was then given May 15th with same results. In the meantime, the bank () of which was financing this project, says paperwork was filed by Greenform on Dec 21, 2018 that the project was completed and they were paid in full. I have since called numerous times and gotten no call back and now no one will even answer if I call from my cell phone.

Desired Outcome

Refund including damages to home from delay of roofing and funds being tied up with this company.

A refund check in the amount of $10,900.00 for services that were not provided during a time frame from September 2018 - April 4, 2019 bounced. I paid a deposit September 24, 2018 for a new roof, soffit repair, fireplace repairs, new gutters with guards, to start the first week of October 2018. Continuous requests via email for updates when the work was not scheduled continued between October and February. I explained during this time that I had extensive water entering via the fireplace and ceiling. Jan. 28 I requested a return of my deposit. On February 9, *** contacted me and apologized and offered a $2500 discount, a repair of the ceiling damage, and it would be completed in a 2 week time frame. This was not done and I again requested a refund of my deposit. There was no response to my requests. March 11 I had a water leak in my living area and again requested a status of my refund so I could attempt to find a roofing contractor. I contacted the Green Form office staff via phone when I was unable to get a response via email communication and the office manager stated she was not aware of my complaints. She instructed me to sign the back of a form to request a refund with a 10 day turn around time. I completed the form March 14, 2019 and delivered it to the office. After 10 days I had no communication from anyone so I continued to call the office manager for a status. She kept informing me the review was in progress. I continued to call frequently and on March 28, 2019 with the receptionist assisting by contacting her "boss", *** called me and stated he would sign a check and I could pick it up at the office March 29. I arrived that morning, there was no signed check. The receptionist made phone calls and produced a check in the amount of my deposit, $10,900. I took the check to the bank and immediately deposited. I received an email from by bank at 0441 April 3, 2019 informing me that my accounts were in overdraft. Upon consulting with my bank, they informed me that the refund check I deposited was from an account with insufficient funds; the check bounced. I immediately called the office and the receptionist advised me the office manager would call when she arrived to the office. She called mid morning April 3 and I explained what had happened. She stated she would get back to me as soon as she could, and would update me as soon as possible. She did not call back at the end of the business day, I attempted to call and there was no answer. Today April 4 I tried calling the office and no one will answer the phone and the call goes to a full mailbox.

Desired Outcome

An immediate refund in the amount of $10,900.00 that will not be from an account with insufficient funds and someone to contact me immediately with a response to my request.

Poor workmanship and poor business practices. Ripping off consumers and insurance company. We signed a contract with this company to replace our roof. It's been 1 yr and the roof and repair our chimney and now it is leaking, water has damage my ceilings, company won't respond. We have made several attempts to get the company to come back out and do the job correctly and we keep getting the same thing which is someone will call us back. And once they actually told us; that it's leaking because of all the rain we have had. My roof never leak till this company installed this roof and said they fixed the chimney. Something needs to be done to make this company honor their contracts.

Desired Outcome

Filing grievance against this company for poor workmanship and breach of contract.

Green Form Construction Response • May 08, 2019

We have contacted the customer. All work has been completed according to the contract. The problem they are addressing was not on our contract to repair per their initial decision.

Signed a contact almost 6 months ago for a solar system that still hasn't been installed with no indication of a install date. We had signed a contract on Feb 15 2018 and gave a check for $3500 to start the process for our solar panel setup and were informed it would be installed and operating around May 10 2018. On March 29 2018 we gave them another check $7239 and asked if there would be any delays and we were informed he would have to check and get back to us to which he never reached out to us we had to Email him to get a response on our question. Currently it is July 30 2018 and we are 5 and a half months in and still don't have a install date. Our last 4 Emails inquiring on a install date have remained unanswered not even a response Email including the Email stating we have been contacted by the inspectors for the loan we took out for the solar panels so they could schedule an inspection. The only answer we have received is "We have been delayed due to weather" but as we are 3 months past our original date this is unacceptable!

Desired Outcome

To be contacted and informed about progress towards our install and get our panels installed and running. Better communication from the company or associates.

Green Form Construction Response • Nov 05, 2018

This project has been completed.

GreenForm Construction installed a roof on our residence in February of 2017. In February of 2018, we became aware that there was a leak in the soffit over our kitchen window, as the drywall was bowing out. We contacted our homeowner's insurance to file a claim. Adjuster came out on 2/28/18 and inspected our kitchen and also inspected our roof. He said that insurance would NOT pay our claim because the roof had been improperly installed. The roof was visibly sunken in over the window. He told us we would be responsible for paying for repairs. On February 28, 2018 we called the GreenForm offices and were told by a young lady that she would send out a project manager immediately. No one showed up. On March 1, we called GreenForm offices again and was told a project manager would contact us immediately. The project manager called within a few minutes and told us he would be by after lunch. He came with two other men and they went on the roof. We were inside and after 15 minutes or so heard the truck drive off. He did not explain what he did to repair the roof. On March 30, a local construction company examined the roof and stated that metal flashing had been installed by repair roofer in the section that was misinstalled. We were given an estimate of $1,071 to repair the soffit over the picture window, tape and drywall, and paint three walls.
As our roof was barely a year old, and the insurance adjuster stated improper installation by GreenForm roofers caused the damage in our kitchen, we feel GreenForm is responsible for the kitchen damage and we should be reimbursed the entire $1,071 by GreenForm. We wrote a letter to GreenForm on May 17, 2018 stating these facts. After no response, on June 6 we contacted them via website. That evening a representative called and said he would discuss with colleagues and call the next day. No call. We called again on June 19 and the same representative said he would call back the next day. As of June 24 we have not had a response from GreenForm.

Desired Outcome

Desired Settlement: Refund We want to be reimbursed the total cost of $1,071 to cover the cost we incurred repairing the damage GreenForm caused in our kitchen.

This project was completed by a project manager working out of our *** office, before we closed that office. It has taken some time to identify the project. To date we do not know who actually did the work, but we are reimbursing the amount requested to resolve this issue.

Customer Response • Jul 17, 2018

We have had no response from Green Form Construction.

We have had NO communication with this company!!!! If they are calling us, have they left a message on the answering machine?? NO! We have voicemail and are often not able to answer the phone so they could leave a message and we would return their call!!!!! Have they sent a letter in the mail? NO! They have our address because they accept our payment every month! They have made NO concerted effort to contact us!!!!! The company previously stated to Revdex.com that they would refund our money, and that is the only solution we will accept. Send us a refund!

Green Form was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! Easy to contact, fast responses to questions, and great follow through. I originally had them come out to quote me for a new roof, but quickly their prices were very competitive. I felt confident in what I was getting, so I added new gutters and soffit work to my job. The employees were pleasant and they cleaned up after the job. I would absolutely use them again and have referred them to many of my friends, family, and clients!

I give Green Form Construction and Solar a 5 star rating. From start to cleanup they are professional, courteous and caring. Not only do they tell you what they are doing, they tell you when they will do it. Their work is detailed to perfection. Their construction goes above customer expectations and standards. That is why I am a repeat customer.

I'm not sure what company people are leaving complaints/reviews for here, but it's not Greenform! They know what they're doing, and everyone I've talked with that's used them for roofing, or solar, has had nothing BUT positive things to say. it's a shame these other people have had bad experiences some how, but I just can't even fathom that as a possibility, and I'm a VERY difficult person to work with.. So, kudos to Greenform and keep up the great work!

Do not do what they say.do not stand behind their word very untrustworthy, can't believe what they tell you would never recommend this company for any type work

They don't do what they say they will never finished the painting on screened in porch & tried to say it was my fault...... said I ask for white wood & left it unpainted ..,...I ask for white paint!!!!!!!

Green Form Construction Response

Mr. Please call the office. If you remember we painted the entire house and you told us to leave the screened-in porch as is. We had no idea you were not satisfied with the screened-in porch project.

Customer Response

It would do no good to call office , when I last talked to *** about painting the strips on the porch he made it very clear it wouldn't get painted. They didn't replace tin on outdoor building because I told them not to because I thought I was getting All porch fixed they made plenty of money on this job & I am paying also

After receiving the full replacement from my insurance company for a new roof, I called GreenForm. They were quick to come take the measurements. Just to be curious, I ask about financing of One year with no intrest. The project manager informed me I would hear them that afternoon or the next day.Two weeks later I received a letter saying that credit had been denied. No mention of a quote for the roofing.Thats the last I heard from GreenForm. This leads me to believe that if you do not use their financing, They do not want your business.

Green Form Construction Response

We have contacted the consumer. We did not know he had filed an insurance claim. He did not tell us that. Had we known that we would have worked with the insurance company for a full replacement and never would have considered him for financing. We did give him an estimate for a total roof replacement, but as he said he did not qualify for financing. The sales representative actually replaced some shingles free of charge to try to repair his roof and stop the leak.
