Review: We purchased a large sectional sofa on August 17, 2013. Delivery of the sofa was made on August 20, 2013. During the delivery process, the movers caused damage to the interior drywall and entry door trim and weather stripping. The damage was pointed out to the delivery person, who took photographs documenting the damage and recommended we contact the company. My wife, [redacted], has spoken with [redacted] (sales rep), as well as [redacted] (warehouse), who both ensured her that someone would be contacting us to rectify the situation. There has been no response. In addition, we have left no fewer than five voicemails on various Green Front Furniture answering machines, as you can rarely reach a live person when dialing the main number. It has been almost two months and the company has made no effort to have the damages repaired, or even called us back to discuss the situation.Desired Settlement: Either send someone to repair the damaged items or provide a discount off the original purchase price for the amount required to complete the repairs. An estimate of the time and materials required to complete the repairs would be roughly $200.
