I originally got a website where Nature's Slim Garcinia is recommended and claimed to pay only shipping and handling of $4.99 US for trial. I did read thru their disclaimer carefully to understand the subscription terms and sign up on Dec 12, 2017. However, I received two bottles called CA garcinia pro (around Dec. 19, 2017). When I contacted the company with the information included in my shipment, they claimed that they do not sell Nature's Slim Garcinia, and claimed that their product is CA garcinia pro which was sold on their site greengarciniapro.com. But I have never visited this website before, nor that I have heard this product. After knowing I have charged by a merchandise which is not what I have signed up, I wanted to cancel everything as soon as possible. I also visited greengarciniapro.com to review what is their terms and what I might be charged. They claim: "You are ordering a 60 capsule bottle of green garcinia pro under the 14 day trial offer for $4.95 for shipping and handling. Orders are shipped via the US postal service. If you choose to keep the product beyond the trial period, you then will be charged the full amount of $89.97. Your 14 day trial begins when you place your trial order. If you are not satisfied with your green garcinia pro trial offer, cancel your subscription before the trial period ends. If you are satisfied with your green garcinia pro trial offer, do nothing and your credit card will be charged an additional $89.97 approximately 45 days after you placed the order for your trial shipment. In addition, approximately 45 days after you place your original order for your trial for green garcinia pro, and for every 30 days thereafter, we will automatically send you a 30-day supply of green garcinia pro. The credit card you provide today will be billed $89.97 14 days after your trial order is shipped to you, $89.97 will be billed to your credit card with each successive shipment thereafter."
So I called them right away on Dec 19, 2017 to express my dissatisfaction and to cancel my "subscription", but they asked me to ship the bottles back to them in order to cancel my subscription. I told them that they have not made such requirement even on their website, but they do not respond on this and insisted that the trial product must be returned to them to avoid more charges.
For now, my credit card was charged by TLUANHE*DIETINGFORMUL for $6.51 CAD, and I was also charged by another company CDD EU Group Ltd for $7.48 CAD. I checked on CDD EU Group Ltd, they sell similar product in the very same manner, and their website is ***
Unfortunately, I could not find the original website where I have signed up to begin with. But I think it's important to report this *** merchandise crime and they created many different websites and make *** claims. Hopefully my report will prevent more people to get into this type of trouble. Respectfully
Refund all expenses including shipping and handling fees which were charged by the company and the shipping fees occurred to return the bottles. Also, get refunded from CDD EU Group Ltd. They are affiliated. The merchant has to discard my personal information for any future use and do not contact me anymore.

To address your concern, we provide service wherein a customer will receive a full 30 day supply under the 14 day trial period. Upon signing up for trial program, you also have to notify us within the trial period to let us know whether you want to proceed or just cancel the account. Failure to do so, the account will get charge for the full cost of the product right after the 14 day trial period and get enrolled with our monthly subscription. Approximately 45 days from the day you signed up, we will send another set and your account will get charge for the package we will send. The trial Terms and Conditions that we are referring about is actually on the very first part of our sign up pages or on our order pages. It is the same as creating an account to any online services, for you to be able to create an account you will be ask to read and accept the Terms of service. This applies to all merchant accounts like ***, ***, ***, ***, etc.
Shipping charges were the only amounts that were charge against your account from our company. With regards to the other charges you mentioned, I suggest you to contact your bank. With the refund you are asking, I apologize but we cannot process refunds against shipping charges since in the first place we do not have that funds, it goes to the shipping carrier and for that reason we cannot give something back that we originally don't have.
Your subscription was canceled as well. Rest assured that no more future charges will be taken out & no more products will be sent out. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us through phone or via email.

The vendor has never mentioned that the customer need to ship the trial product back to them in order to stop being charged. That's a *** claim to begin with. The vendor is creating hassles for consumers in hoping the consumers will end up keeping their product.

I apologize for the inconvenience however it was all stated on the terms and conditions presented when you sign up for the trial. Please refer to *** for detailed explanation. For the other charges, as much as I would like to help you out with that we cannot do anything about it as it is not associated with our company.
