I reject the response from the business (Green Hills Auctions Center, Inc.) on my complaint # ***
*** fails to address every request concern listed in my initial complaint with his responseHe just offers a general statement that avoids any specific points brought out in my complaint(example: my inventory list does not match his inventory list, etc.)*** does NOT even know if there were (expensive) items or (expensive) itemsSo much for the company's accountability

In response to **. [redacted] complaint,As for the items sold there were nineteen (19) lots sold as single units which could have also included the speakers which in turn would have been a total of three (3) pieces. Eight (8) lots were sold as multiple pieces.Every single item received from **. [redacted] was removed from the carton and displayed. Each unit was assembled for the people to view and hear. I paid my grandson seventy-five dollars ($75.00) to assemble the units for me, because I knew I would receive a higher price for the units if the customers could view and hear them in operation. There were at least one hundred (100) people in attendance at the sale. Thirteen (13) customers were successful in making a purchase. There were many others that bid on the items but were not successful in purchasing. As for the list of the customers that did purchase the items, I would invite **. [redacted] to contact me an I would be more than happy to show him our trail sheet from the computer which registers all our customers.I would also suggest that he would attend one of our sales on a Monday and question my customers as to our reputation.

Good morning [redacted],
After six months, **. [redacted] has failed to send me the contact information of the successful bidders of my very expensive possessions that were to be auctioned in October, 2013. I am disabled and have moved so it would be difficult for me to visit the Green Hills Auction Center.
The latest response from the Green Hills Auction Center is that my items were sold in "lots". That is a nice way of saying that we have NO accounting of my auctioned items and what they sold for on an individual basis. Some of my over 50 possessions to be auctioned sold for thousands of dollars each, yet I received a check for the total sale of $1,600.00 less $140.00 charge for them to pick up the items at my house. A pick up charge that their own paperwork claims was FREE OF CHARGE.
I feel I was not treated fairly in this transaction and I reject the Green Hills Auction Center's latest response.
Regards,
[redacted].

Review: I WAS SELLING MY HOUSE AND WANTED TO DOWNSIZE AS I MOVED. I AM DISABLED AND LIVE ALONE. MY REAL ESTATE COMPANY HAD AN AUCTION COMPANY CONTACT ME. A FELLOW NAMED [redacted] OF GREEN HILLS AUCTION CENTER, INC. CAME TO MY HOUSE ON 10/9/2014 WITH 4 OTHER MEN AND THEIR TRUCK.WE AGREED HE COULD START LOADING CERTAIN ITEMS OF WHICH I LOGGED DOWN ON PAPER. [redacted] TOLD ME A FEW TIMES THAT. "YOU DON'T HAVE TO WRITE EVERYTHING WE TAKE DOWN. YOU WILL GET A DETAILED REPORT OF ALL ITEMS, WHAT THEY SOLD FOR AT AUCTION, AND RECEIVE A "BIG" CHECK IN 3-4 WEEKS. I CONTINUED TO WRITE DOWN THE STATE OF THE ITEM (NEW, REFURBISHED IN A BOX, ETC.)AND QUANTITY. I HEARD NOTHING BACK FROM GHAC,INC. IN OVER A MONTH. I TRY SENDING EMAILS, AND CALLING. AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS I AM TOLD THAT THE ITEMS DID NOT ALL SELL SO A 2ND AUCTION WAS HELD. FINALLY, I RECEIVE A CHECK FOR $1,636.95 AND AN AMBIGUOUS "DETAILED REPORT". I EMAIL BACK TO ASK THEM TO PLEASE CROSS-REFERENCE YOUR ITEM LIST WITH MINE. I HAVE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM AGAIN. I HAVE SOME VERY EXPENSIVE ITEMS ON MY LIST OF SOME 50 ITEMS. AUDIO/VIDEO COMPONENTS UNUSED IN BOXES, FURNITURE, ETC... MY ONE NEW VACUUM TUBE STEREO SYSTEM IS WORTH MORE THAN THE CHECK THAT I RECEIVED. I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF THE ITEMS WERE ACTUALLY SOLD AT AUCTION OR JUST TAKEN AND SOLD ON [redacted]! THE AMOUNT OF THE CHECK IS INSULTING. THEY MAY THINK THAT THEY HIT THE LOTTERY WITH MY LOT OF PERSONAL POSSESSIONS.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE THE TWO ITEMS LISTS CROSS-REFERENCED BY THE AUCTION COMPANY. I WOULD THEN LIKE A LIST OF ALL THE BUYERS OF MY POSSESSIONS AND THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION. PROOF THAT NO BUYER OF MY POSSESSIONS IS AN EMPLOYEE OR FRIEND OF THE [redacted] FAMILY. EXPLAIN TO ME HOW A THREE STOOGES POSTER SOLD FOR MORE THAN EXPENSIVE ELECTRONICS. FINALLY, I JUST WANT A FAIR PRICE FOR MY POSSESSIONS. BECAUSE OF THE PROCEEDS OF THE AUCTION SALE ITEMS, I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO BUY FURNITURE FOR MY NEW RESIDENCE.
