I was shocked when I picked up my puppyI went to get her first hair cut, requesting a puppy cutAfter over hours I was shocked at her appearanceThe groomer had shaves her sweet face and feet and left her long matted hair untouchedAfter complaining the groomer was very rude to meAfter communication again with them, I was informed the manager never told the groomer my request! How about that! I will never go to that place again
