We actually did exactly as she asked and gave her a full credit to her account and voided her cancellation fee and past due balance on 11/18/2016.

I'm writing this review because the Mike from Green Home Pest Control was extremely helpful. We found out that we have bed bugs in our rental home. Not surprised as our tenants were terrible. Mike was a huge help. He coached us through how to prep before they were able to start the bed bug extermination. Those things are very gross. Luckily Mike was able to get rid of them and now we are prepping for new tenants. Who are hopefully much better.

Had a scorpion issue and found these guys online, reviews looked good and I called in and got set up on a maintenance schedule to get rid of the scorpions. I have had 2 services so far and both have been very thorough, and lots of bugs are dying each time and I have not seen one scorpion since they started. The tech I have is great at explaining to me what he is doing and what to expect. Love these guys!!!

Review: On 4/24 I scheduled an appointment for pest control service. I was a new customer beginning a quarterly service plan. The scheduling office told me the soonest they could come out would be Wednesday, April 29th between 3pm-5pm. No one called the day before or the day of to confirm the appointment. At 4:45 on 4/29 Angela called me to tell me they needed to reschedule. We rescheduled the appointment for today, 4/30, between 1pm-3pm. My husband got to the house at 1pm and waited until 4, we heard nothing. At 4:30 the technician, Albert, called to tell me he was on his way but stuck in traffic and wouldn't arrive for 40 minutes to an hour. Isn't it the scheduling departments job to call me? Albert stated he let Angela know early in the day that he was running behind schedule. Albert claims Angela told him she would notify us. I called Angela after receiving the call from Albert and she was not helpful at all. I told her to remove me from the schedule and not to charge me. All she said was ok, she made no effort of trying to rectify the situation. Very disappointing experience.Desired Settlement: Free service for the time we spent waiting on both no shows.

Review: Green Home pest Control had a sales rep going door to door in early Aug 2013. He approached me and my husband and offered a one time pest control service for $15 based on "special pricing because our neighbors were also taking advatage of the offer". We agreed to a one time service for $15 and gave him my husband's card number to charge for the service. When the tech came to spray he was unprofessional, sprayed our furniture and personal belongings in the house and also did a poor job spraying the exterior of the home. 2 weeks later we noticed the bugs had returned and decided that since it was a ONE TIME service, we would definately not use them again. On 9/9 I saw a charge to my account for $69 from Green Home pest. I immediately called to find out why and was told it was because we signed a contract and it was for pest control services provided. I informed the rep that we had not agreed to a contract and had no intention of continuing service. We had also not received any services since our initial spraying and the intial spray service did not work. She said she couldn't do anything but offer to respray. I reinterated that I DO NOT want your services and I wanted a refund. She said she would cancel our account and look into returning our funds. About 2 weeks later I was again charged, $50 this time, with no warning or authorization from Green Home Pest Control. I emailed the company to dispute the charge and was informed by their "office manager" that it was a cancellation fee for our contract. We proceeded to have a lengthy and drawn out arguement via email about the fact that I do not want there services, was not aware of any type of contract and wanted my money refunded since they had provided me with NO service since the inital spraying. She sent me a copy of the "contract" and I saw that the initials on the document do not match those of my husband and do not match the signature on the form. The only amount showing in the description of charges above the signature is the inital $15 we agreed to. They refuse to acknowledge that their document is altered, I do not want their services and I have NOT received the services they claim they are charging me for.Desired Settlement: I want a full refuind of all money paid to this company which totals $134 because they are dishonest, unprofessional, did not provide the services they claimed to have provided and scammed us into this "contract".

[redacted] and I talked and yes there we some misunderstandings about what they actually signed up for was a one year agreement and the low priced first service was contingent upon that fact. The customer was notified of the second service via email and did sign a document that clearly states that. We do offer free re-services to go back and tie up any babies that have hatched as well or just re-spray if the customer happens to not be fully satisfied. As a new customer pest services many times can flush a lot of bugs out the first few services and they can slowly die and also have babies hatching etc. Since our sales rep could have been more clear about the scheduling, what to expect and more we will gladly fix this problem. Most of our conversations were via email and the full details were not conveyed that way but after a phone call we were able to solve this quite quickly and efficiently and clear up any and all misunderstandings that [redacted] and her husband [redacted] had when they signed up. We also gladly reimbursed her the amounts that she requested and will service her home in the future with better notification now that we fixed that. As a local company that values it's customers this review was largely a simple misunderstanding that is not indicative of how we do business at all and as an owner of the business we take these things very seriously and value our customers. Talking about No customer service.

called and spoke to the secretary asked her to cancel service when told of the amount to be paid for the cancellation, the secretary was very rude and then proceeded to laugh at me when I told her I would never recommend them, she was very unprofessional. when asked to speak to her manager she placed me on hold for 10 minutes, when the manager got on the phone, I explained the secretary was very rude and he said she was the best employee they had, he said he was next to her when I was talking to her, which brings me to believe instead of taking care of an issue right away the manager decided to just wait 10 minutes and do nothing.

If that secretary is their best employee god help you if you get their worst.
