The offer includes Green Home Solutions conducting another (free) test at my home and this is the part of the resolution that I will not accept I ONLY wish to recover the funds that I paid to this company for a test that I did not receive and terminate this business transaction I will pursue air quality testing with a different firm and have already made contact with another company I do not wish to be pressured into remediation services that I can't be certain are necessaryGreen Home Solutions is very eager to sell additional services without first getting test resultsMy primary objective was to determine whether there was mold or some other airborne particulate or vapor in the house that could cause health problems then determine steps to be taken IF NECESSARY based on a credible lab report I ask Revdex.com to pursue this complaint with the company until Green Home Solutions has mailed me a refund check for $which can be cashed for payment in full from the company's account.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Pursuant to the resolution offer made by Green Home Solutions owner Brandon Robertson, I received a check in the mail on Monday, July 11. Upon presenting the check at [redacted] bank on which it is drawn, the bank was unable to cash it because the owner filled out the check incorrectly showing me as the Payor AND the Payee. They also warned against presenting it to my bank, [redacted], as it might be construed as an attempt to cash/deposit a fraudulent check. I would like the owner to reissue my refund as a cashier's check. Should I file a new complaint since the resolution on the prior complaint was not fulfilled or is it best to call the owner and request he send a cashier's check? I prefer not to make personal contact with this business again, but I'd rather not have to pursue a refund through small claims court.Regards,
